Don't let the outside of the restaurant scare you away! I think it makes the place look like a total dive. The food is phenomenal. I had the La Luna sandwich and a chocolate chip cookie for lunch. The service was outstanding and the food beyond my expectations. I look forward to eating here again the next time I am... More

We recently ate at Blue Moon Evolution while staying in Exeter. We didn't have a reservation but it was a Thursday night so we were able to get in without a problem. The servers were so friendly and helpful. The menu was different fare from most that we frequent but there were a number of interesting choices. The fish I... More

Local produce, seafood, dairy, and meats. Served with a relaxed, yet elegant style. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Proves that locally sourced can be provide a variety of flavors, no matter the season.

This farm to table restaurant is one of the best in the seacoast. The food is fresh and the mix of flavors is wonderful. The staff and chefs are very willing to help if you have food allergies or special dietary needs. It's worth a visit!

Started off with the Bee's knees special drink. I'm a martini guy and this was a little sweet and I didn't think it had any kick until I sipped it for a bit. Boy, that was a great drink. We had the seafood cakes and they were great but a bit pricey at $12 for 2 smallish cakes. My wife... More

Great salad bar with all organic choices and homemade dressings. I would give it a 5 but my last experience was not acceptable. I won't berate them because it was a one time issue and the quality of food is very good on every other occasion. It's a clean, pleasant restaurant and worth visiting.

Talk about decompressing in style and taste! On our way back home from Coastal Maine we stopped in Exeter, NH. We asked the staff at the Fairfield Inn where was the best restaurant in town? They responded in unison -- Blue Moon Evolution! They were right! It's a romantic little bistro serving outstanding cuisine in a fresh and novel style.... More

We ate dinner at Blue Moon Evolution while staying at Inn by the Bandstand. Our waiter was fabulous and so were our meals. We stayed at the inn for two nights. The second evening we were sightseeing and didn't make it back to Exeter for dinner, and that I will forever regret. The only thing better than dining at Blue... More
