There's an excellent chance this is one of those restaurants that simply has a much better breakfast than lunch/dinner. I was heading out for two nights on a remote site at Lake Umbagog and wanted a huge breakfast for the coming day. It delivered, it was hearty and tasty, good sized, and I liked the availability of crepes among the... More

This is probably the only breakfast place in Errol. It is just what you would want in a small town local diner--from the food, to the friendy staff to the old Americana dining "decor". Big breakfasts served hot and quick--plenty of variety and homemade donuts. Very good!

We ate here because it was the only restaurant open. Food was ok at best... Waitress was slow and I saw her lick her fingers more than once after dishing out desserts. Plan ahead before you arrive in Errol.

I enjoyed an ample and moderately priced burger here after a couple of days of back country camping. The menu looked fairly good for being in such a tiny town, and I could have honestly eaten another one of those burgers. Service wasn't that fast and it took me a few minutes but it also seemed like it was a... More

I've been there twice now, and walked out both times after waiting for over 20 minutes without receiving a menu, being given water, or experiencing any form of recognition that I was a customer. Both times I stopped by, I witnessed multiple people walk out and everybody seated gas that look on their face that suggested they were not being... More

I can only review breakfast. It was very good and fairly priced. The blueberry pancakes had lots of the nice small blueberries; real maple syrup; good sausage. Not many places to eat around Errol but this is good for breakfast. The waitress was handling all the tables by herself but did a good job.

We had a late lunch on our way to magnetic hill in Canada. They have a large menu including moose and elk. Still we both chose the BLT and a cup of chili. They served a bowl--cold. They eventually made it hot. The BLT bacon was great. Meat comes from a company in Maine. The chili was too salty for... More

We found the menu limited, burgers, hot dogs, pretty plain and basic. Like they have hamburger, cheeseburger, and cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato. Nothing fancy or special. The restaurant entrance smelled like the bar downstairs and the table, and s&p shaker were sticky. The ketchup bottle was reused so many times the label was faded and crackled and looked dirty.... I stopped in on a Monday morning recently for breakfast. I havent eaten pancakes in years, but had a craving for blueberry pancakes. I got a shortstack which was loaded with blueberries. The pancakes were light and very tasty. The coffee was excellent and the woman that was on duty was very friendly. Would go back again if I stay... More
