Food here is undoubtedly the best breakfast in town, my one and only concern here would be the booth seating. When you lay back against the cushion there is an uncomfortable lining of the seat that presses against your back. Honestly a small inconvenience but the food is so good that it completely makes up for it. Will be definitely... More

I was on vacation with family. I went with my sister on Sunday morning. We arrived before the crush of people, which we encountered on the way out. She ordered biscuits, gravy, and eggs. She thought is was OK. The portion was HUGE. I ordered Monte Cristo. It wasn't that good, barely adequate. Overall the meal was just mediocre. I... More

My wife and I stopped for lunch. We were in Derry on business and I saw Mary Ann's Diner on-line. We both like to eat at diners for breakfast and lunch. We had sandwiches with home made fries. The food was good, fresh and reasonable. The diner experience was wonderful...waitresses in poodle skirts. The waitress was very attentive. While we... More

We went to the Windham NH location not listed on this page. The breakfast is simply amazing with a ton of choices to choose from. The diner is 50's style retro with the booths, stools and chrome galore. It is absolutely spotless! And for breakfast this is no greasy spoon. I get the Hungry boy with the 3 eggs, ham, sausage and bacon,a... More

I came to Derry from Boston to meet with a dog breeder. After scoping out the puppies, I stopped in here for lunch. Everything is perfect retro 1950's (except the prices, of course). This truly looks like Mel's Diner of "Happy Days" fame. I expected the Fonz to wander in at any moment. The decor is authentic '50's without too... More

Great food in a 50's type restaurant. I wouldn't actually call it a diner although they did a very good job making it look like one inside. When someone says "diner", I think of it as a rail car, which it is not. The food and atmosphere is great and I don't think you will be sorry.

If you are a breakfast foodie, then you will love this diner. Everything we have ever eaten there has been wonderful. The atmosphere is 1950s charming and the service is fabulous. If you are in the Derry area, make it a stop on your list.

I am so hooked on Maryann's. What can I say about this place? The diner is so cool with the décor down to the poodle skirts. The food and the service is down right excellent. Every time we are in Derry, visiting our daughter and son-in-law, we make a effort to stop. I highly recommend it!!! It's also in a... More

Always good fair, food is consistent, service is always quick and friendly. It fills up fast on Saturday or Sunday so be early or prepare to wait a bit. Home fires are fried but good.
