I had a garden salad with lettuce. The site talks about freshness. The salad was premade and had lots of brown edged lettuce in it and had a small amount of salty chicken on it. Quick and easy lunch but not great. Dining area was a bit messy and tables needed wiping. I would give it a C.

My egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with spinach on a toasted Works bagel was delightful! The double latte was served hot and clearly was made with high quality coffee. Construction in downtown as part of the Revitalizing Concord project makes parking a big of a challenge but it's worth it to visit this high quality restaurant.

For about the same price as Dunkin' Donuts, you can get a breakfast that's actually good for you and coffee that'll knock your socks off. Both my daughter and I had the Western Wrap off the all day breakfast menu. The only thing I can say is I longed for a little salt and pepper in the eggs. It was... More

I got the Dagwood sandwich it was amazing the turkey was nicely cooked, the ham had a nice smoky flavor and the bacon was spot on, crispy and meaty the way i like it. They did not put on too much mayonnaise like some places do and they made our 6 sandwiches very fast. The food was a little bit... More

I tried this place after looking at reviews here on Trip Advisor. I was on a business trip and decided to try it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a salt bagel with olive cream cheese and a mocha latte with a single shot. Both items are very good! Nice and cozy seating inside as well. Seemed... More

Everytime we drive down to southern New England... our stop for breakfast is The Works in Concord. First of all, they make great coffee... There breakfast sandwiches are big and yummy and made with local fresh ingredients. We just love it. The place also look good and the atmosphere is casual. Try any of the six locations, mostly in NH. Excellent bagels and wonderful cream-cheese. (We're connoisseurs of bagels!). Also, terrific sandwiches and coffee. Free wifi too. Clearly a popular place, and just a block from the state Capitol building.

This bagel place is part of a small chain but has a homey feel. There is a good variety of bagels- I had an everything and others a sesame, and poppy seed. I like veggie tofu spread and it was light and velvety as it should be. The normal cream cheese comes in many choices and one thing I liked... More
