I tried this place after looking at reviews here on Trip Advisor. I was on a business trip and decided to try it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a salt bagel with olive cream cheese and a mocha latte with a single shot. Both items are very good! Nice and cozy seating inside as well. Seemed... More

Fresh, delicious and nutritious. A fantastic place to refuel especially after a hike up Mt Kearsarge. Wonderful food after wonderful views.

Everytime we drive down to southern New England... our stop for breakfast is The Works in Concord. First of all, they make great coffee... There breakfast sandwiches are big and yummy and made with local fresh ingredients. We just love it. The place also look good and the atmosphere is casual. The place is really popular in Concord and there's... More

Try any of the six locations, mostly in NH. Excellent bagels and wonderful cream-cheese. (We're connoisseurs of bagels!). Also, terrific sandwiches and coffee. Free wifi too. Clearly a popular place, and just a block from the state Capitol building.

This bagel place is part of a small chain but has a homey feel. There is a good variety of bagels- I had an everything and others a sesame, and poppy seed. I like veggie tofu spread and it was light and velvety as it should be. The normal cream cheese comes in many choices and one thing I liked... More

The Works is the best bagel joint in the area. We've been going here for years and love the warm smells of bagels baking in the back of the store. We don't always sit in the deli to eat them; we're more likely to take them home with a container of veggie cream cheese to share when company comes. Warm... More

Nothing special. Food was fine but the drinks were limited. I was meeting with a couple employees of my company before we had to run to a meeting. During our stay there we had drinks and sandwiches. Once we were done with eating and were just talking we had several of their patrons come up to our table and asked... More

Firstly, the manager is a saint. He makes it all right from catering to sit down meals and his staff know to follow his warm, kind nature. All of the food is responsibly sourced so there is no bitter taste of remorse for factory eggs and corporate junk from who-knows-where. Vegetarians and vegans as well as gluten- and sugar-free people... More
