You can eat light fare or go all out as they note calories. Coffee is great. We had late dinner and early breakfast as we were on a tight schedule. Love their high calorie bagels!

We frequently look for Panera's shops for healthy, flavorful food while traveling. We stopped at the Concord Panera for lunch during a recent drive through New Hampshire. This is a fairly small restaurant; even at that most of the tables, people and activity were packed into what seemed to be half the available space making feel even more crowded than... More

This place just off I-93 is a very pleasant stop for lunch or breakfast on the way up to northern New England. My favorite treat is the wild blueberry scones, which are not available at all the Paneras, and also not always available here. But if they are, my advice is to get one or two for your next breakfast... More

This is my choice for "fast food". I love the soups and especially the vegetable soup with pesto. I usually ask for the multi grain baguette which is only available by request. I also love the good old fashioned chicken noodle soup. The parking at this location can be a challenge but if you are patient, the wait is worth... More

This is the Starbucks (the operative word being "bucks") , version of a bakery. There is absolutely nothing other than ordinary stuff packaged to compliment the Yuppie crowd to feel good about spending more than they need to buy a cup of coffee or get a sandwich. I sit outside, have my coffee and sandwich and watch all the Yuppies... More

so consider parking across the street there is a lot that is always empty, and walk across Fort Eddy Rd (look both ways before crossing). The menu offers easy access to healthy selections, if you can resist the pasty case!

You can't go wrong at Panera for a great lunch or a light supper. Though it was busy the day we went, the line moved quickly. Food is always tasty.

The title says it all. Not that that is a bad thing all the time however. It's nice to know what to expect sometimes.
