I visited this area during Market days and actually stopped by this restaurant twice during the two days I was there. Fast and friendly service both times. When you arrive you are given a serving of hummus with a few pretzels and breadsticks with your drinks. As an appetizer we ordered the Brussell sprouts - that were unique and delicious.... More

I stopes here for lunch with my friend during the overcrowded concord market festival. It was relaxing and everyone we met was great from the hostess to the hunk of a waiter we had (I think his name was Ian?). The hummus and pretzels were amazing and the chicken sandwich I got was even better. So much food I only... More

Visited The Barley House with the intention of having dinner, but after being served with my first drink I had to wait for over 20 minutes to be served again, even though I was sitting at the bar. Locals came in during this time and we're served but I was ignored. Ended up leaving and having dinner elsewhere.

I had dinner here with my husband and two other couples a few weekends ago. Most of us ordered burgers. I had a basic burger with lettuce, tomato and blue cheese. I ordered it medium rare and it was done perfectly. The potato salad for my side was also really good. My husband ordered the Korean BBQ burger with a... More

Everyone in the family found something they liked on the menu and probably wouldn't have even considered before. The salad pizza and burgers are good choices.

In need of a great dinner after a long day driving. What a welcome find!! From the seating host, Kevin, to our server Rebecca, it was superb!! Our party of 5 was seated immediately & ordered just about everything on the menu, LOL. All of the reviews thus far re the burgers are fabulous. The roasted Brussels sprouts, squash soup,... More

I had just arrived in Concord NH, after a 6-hour long drive. My friends were already dinning at the Barley House in town, so I joined them. Our waitress could be not been more gracious and accommodating. As per a friends recommendation, I ordered the hamburger; it was excellent, fresh, and prepared perfectly. (I am very selective when it comes... More

The Barley House was a lunch stop while in Concord. The food was excellent, well presented and good value. Interior is a little dark in the bar area. Bartender/Server was friendly and attentive to customer needs.

We went during burger week and had the most incredible venison burgers we've ever had. Our server was amazing, had a wicked sense of humor, and the joint itself had a really fun and hip atmosphere to dine it. It's a busy place, so early dinner, if you want to avoid crowds, is best. The drinks were yummy and well... More

We came here with two other couples for a pre-concert dinner on Sat night. We read the reviews on TripAdvisor since none of us had been to the Barley House before. Kudos to the reviewers for nailing it! A great foodie find! Solid beer selection, but most of us had either Grey Goose & Tonic or Manhattans....which were lovely. Service... More
