We stopped in for their annual BurgerFest promotion with business sponsorships through the city with donations from each burger going to a stated charitable organization. We opted for the Bison burgers and enjoyed a large hand-holding lovefest with our burgers. This place is always good, sometimes a bit busy and slower service, but great results once the plates land. This... More

It's the type of place where "you have to go back". Burgers are outrageous, and a fantastic selection of beers. Service is cheerful, welcoming, and efficient. My mouth is starting to water as I write this review!

We liked this place so much we ate here two nights in a row. The staff are knowledgeable about the beers on tap and the food - they are clearly cross-trained as our bartender the first night was waiting tables the next (a seriously great business practice). I had shrimp and grits that were so deliciously creamy, cheesy, and spicy... More

We ate at this restaurant on a weekend night when there was a street fair going on - so we picked inside for expediency. I'm glad we did! Tables are large and booths are too. it's not an overly noisy place and the food is excellent! There are a ton of "signature" burgers and it's hard to choose which one... More

Meet friend for lunch. They were having a special burger promotion. Service was pleasant and informative .The burger I chose was TEXAS BBQ BISON- topped w/ smoked brisket, beer battered onion rings, bbq sauce, jack cheese, sauteed jalapenos. Was cooked as ordered and was delicious . Had unsweetened ice tea . The ice tea at places is often non discript. This... More

Okay place in the downtown area to have a light meal or drink or both. I assume the burgers and carnivoristic dishes are good - at least my dining companion didn't have to send it back like he does on numerous occasions other places when they can't seem to find a way to cook a burger MR correctly - I... I just finished meeting a group of friends at the Barley House for drinks. Drinks lead to conversations and then food. We moved from the bar to a table for 8 and started looking over the menu. I was going to order a buffalo chicken Caesar salad until the waitress suggested there American Hamburger. 2 four oz patties with cheese,... More

Good tasting burger. It is a little pricey for a burger and small container of fries. They bring you pretzel rods and hummus before ordering. The hummus is good and tasty, but they only bring you a few pretzels with a small amount of the hummus. I realize their ingredients are organic / free-range and local (except when noted) but...
