Living in the Boston area and being used to pay big bucks for european bakery goods, we were overwhelmed by this little island of French Cuisine in the middle of nowhere. We just came in to enjoy tea and to buy some bread, but we stayed for much longer and enjoyed delicious treats like spinach quiche, apricot tart and walnut... More

A wonderful bakery. We enjoyed lunch, several madeleines, and coffee, as people came and went. It was busy. So glad we came.

We don't go to Colebrook without buying out everything in sight at Le Rendezvous. The almond croissants are amazing, the bread, the quiches, the tarts...we also love the pear ginger tea they sell.

Stopped in here to get anything french for fun. I bought some spices, and some quiche. The music was nice and not country music so it was really nice. I will be back.

The lady who owns this place was most likely trained by professional French chefs and maybe in France. She knows what she is doing. And the prices are good. 1.50 for a small round loaf....in NYC that would be 7$. Its in the big old yellow building downtown. The google map has it in the wrong location. She is kind... More

I saw a piece about the bakery on a local TV show and couldn't wait to try it. We stopped in the bakery on our way home from a vacation in Pittsburg, NH. When we entered the first thing that struck me, beyond the wonderful smell, was how comfortably elegant it was decorated. It was so inviting that if I... More

When you get to Colebrook, NH, you're probably on your way even further north to The Balsams or even Canada; so most likely, the only reason to stop in this town is to eat, take a potty break, and have tea or coffee. We went into this seeming tearoom to do just that, but we were met with a most... More
