The first time I went there, which was several months ago, I thought it was the bee's knees and more. To this day I hold my opinion firmly. My first visit there, I was with the majority of my family (sister, father and mother.) Due to the reasonable prices and humongous proportions, we over-ordered by quite a lot. But that... More

We we're returning from a fishing trip up North and decided to stop for breakfast at the Wilderness with which we were not familiar. What a pleasant surprise. A great breakfast was served by a friendly, nice lady, who told us quite a bit about what was going on in the area since we had last been there. We enjoyed... More

It's pretty dirty, but the worst part is the bad poutine. If you are going to serve poutine, it needs to be better than what they have. Good homemade potato chips, but we all left feeling a little unwell. It's a shame that Howard's restaurant is now closed

Driving through Colebrook decided to stop for lunch. The sign outside advertised "Good Food" so we gave it a try. Our meals were clearly cooked to order and delicious. Service was a bit slow and the dining room could use an update. But the food was very reasonably priced and very good. The menu had something for everyone with items... More

We stopped by for lunch on a drive through New Hampshire and Vermont. This is a cool old-school place with typical diner food with a few surprises. I tried poutine for the first time (not bad!) and the kids enjoyed their meals. The staff was very friendly.

Nice place to stop but nothing special. Some interesting area specials. I don't think I would visit again...

This is your typical family dinner, but this is the best family dinner that I've ever gone to. The portions are more than filling. The taste of family dinner food is supplemented by home made frech fries and potatoe chips. The service is polite, enthusiastic and delivered with a smile. This restaurant is friendly to travers just passing through.

We stopped here for breakfast because it was recommended by the owner of the motel we stayed at. We were very pleased. great food, great service and a very friendly waitress that talked to us like she's known us for years. We would definitely eat here again.
