We stopped by for lunch on a drive through New Hampshire and Vermont. This is a cool old-school place with typical diner food with a few surprises. I tried poutine for the first time (not bad!) and the kids enjoyed their meals. The staff was very friendly.

This is your typical family dinner, but this is the best family dinner that I've ever gone to. The portions are more than filling. The taste of family dinner food is supplemented by home made frech fries and potatoe chips. The service is polite, enthusiastic and delivered with a smile. This restaurant is friendly to travers just passing through.

We stopped here for breakfast because it was recommended by the owner of the motel we stayed at. We were very pleased. great food, great service and a very friendly waitress that talked to us like she's known us for years. We would definitely eat here again.

Food was good. Service was pleasant and on top of things. The prices were not bad either-pretty reasonable.

This is a friendly restaurant and bar with good home cooking. They have homemade potato chips and great pizza! The "swamp" is the locals nickname for the bar and periodically they have live entertainment. Pool tables are available.

The Wilderness always has hardy soups, salad bar, and a variety of specials and a reasonably priced menu. Portions are good size. Right in the heart of town!

We have to go to Colebrook once a month and ALWAYS have lunch here. Their food is great, and the coffee is so good I found out their supplier and ordered a case of it for home. The people who work there never forget a face. We walk in and my coffee is in front of me even before a... More

The food was good enough, and the prices were reasonable. The homemade chips were the highlight. Definitely would get those over fries if I ever go back.
