This is a gem in a sleepy little NH town. We eat here at least once whenever we visit Bristol. The food is always delicious and the service is welcoming and speedy. We have never been disappointed eating here and would recommend to anyone. Generous portions & great Guiness on tap!

Our friends brought us here for lunch and were had a great meal. It was a Saturday around 2pm and it was very quiet. We were seated right away and our waitress was excellent. We shared the onion rings as an appetizer and they were among the best I had ever had. The dipping sauce that came with them was... More

We'd heard a lot about Kathleen's Cottage long before we finally got around to trying it. It's great! The food is excellent and the atmosphere is charming. On Friday nights they have live Irish music and sometimes even some Irish Step Dancing. The place is rather small and there isn't much of a waiting area, so if you arrive at... More

We just stopped for a quick lunch, but if we'd been in the area longer we probably would have returned for dinner. Well-behaved dogs are allowed in the outdoor seating area!

Kathleen's Cottage is a wonderful Irish pub tucked into the little town of Bristol, NH. It has great beers on draft, as well as an extensive whiskey menu. The staff are always friendly and courteous. They have a great regular menu, but their specialty is definitely Irish food. They have the best fish 'n chips in the region. The fish... More

This restaurant is creative and offers a wide selection of food. Mexican, Italian, Irish, and some vegetarian options. If you want something that's not on the menu, Sarah or les can make it happen. Great drinks, in a cozy environment. Trivia night is always fun!

ate there twice now. hoping for a better outcome the second time. they took quite a while to serve us and the food really wasn't anything great. maybe I'm just not as into irish style food but it was really lacking on a lot of fronts. not to expensive though and for that it gets an average

Im a sucker for an Irish Pub, and there are quite a few in the Lakes Region. Ive tried a lot of them, but none can compare to the trifecta of perfection found at Kathleen's Cottage. The food is authentic, fresh, and unique. From the Guinness onion soup to warm bread pudding, everything is house-made. Ive had nearly everything on... More

Before we arrived at the Inn on Newfound Lake, we stopped in the town of Bristol, NH which appeared to have a number of places to eat. We really lucked out when we found, Kathleen's Cottage, a very authentic Irish Pub. It is easy to miss as you are going out of town, because it is attached to a Garden... More
