Nestled in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire is a quaint, historic 1700’s grist mill overlooking the Newfound River. It’s the home of The Mill Fudge Factory, where we make handcrafted, small batch fudge, all natural ice cream, and delicious café fare. We are family-owned and operated, serving the highest quality fudge and ice cream for over 7 years. Our mission is simple: to make people happy.

Great place!

We love this place! We drove out of our way on our way home to stop here, it was worth the extra time! The food, ice cream and fudge are excellent! The staff was wonderful! We can't wait to go back!

I've enjoyed the food, ice cream and fudge at The Mill for years and recently I starting using their website to ship a little taste of NH to folks across the country. The fresh ingredients, local touch and great tasting fudge has been a huge hit with my friends and family. The people at the Mill are helpful, friendly and... More

Bristol is one of those places 'on the way,' but no longer for me since I've discovered The Mill Fudge Factory. It's the destination when my yearning for the best coffee ice cream overtakes me. And the fudge sauce they pour generously over top of it caps the experience. And did I say the folks who work there are super... More

I've loved the Mill right from the start, when my dear friend Noah and his dad and step mom opened it many years ago. It's such a wonderful place, with its rustic charm, delicious food and amazing ice cream and fudge made right on site. It had been way too many years since I've been back but finally got the... After climbing Cardigan with friends from out of town, we had a thoroughly enjoyable dinner on the deck overlooking the river. The Hungarian Mushroom Ale Soup and salads with a side of my favorite bread -- Iggy's was the best.

We got all the help we needed to kick off our high school fudge fundraiser. The Mill Fudge Factory made it easy with step by step guidelines, pre-printed forms and colorful posters, helpful suggestions, and even incentives for our top sellers!

By far the best fudge I've ever had. The simplicity of the ingredients & complexity of the flavors is unmatched by anything else I've tasted. A great experience!

I ordered this fudge from New Hampshire online to be delivered to us in Florida. I was a bit skeptical, at first, of travel time and freshness. Trust me when I say, it tastes like it was just made today. The shipping was 2 day express through the USPS. We did experience a bit of a problem with the shipping,... More

What a delight to randomly drive through Bristol and find The Mill Fudge Factory. I simply stopped for tea and stayed for hours....and returned the next day too. The roaring sound of the river is intoxicating, so, weather permitting, make it a point to sit out on the covered porch on the lower level at the tables closer to the... More
