Nestled in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire is a quaint, historic 1700’s grist mill overlooking the Newfound River. It’s the home of The Mill Fudge Factory, where we make handcrafted, small batch fudge, all natural ice cream, and delicious café fare. We are family-owned and operated, serving the highest quality fudge and ice cream for over 7 years. Our mission is simple: to make people happy.

It's a New Hampshire Landmark...or At Least it Should Be.

Most people decide to throw caution to the wind by skydiving or bungee jumping, but I chose to order--for the first time ever--the BEST chocolate frappes in the world, one right after the other. We have visited the mill every time we are in Bristol. We had the ice cream with pieces of their homemade fudge in it which was delicious. There are some new flavors each time we've gone, along with the old favorites. You can sit outside on the deck to eat and enjoy the water rushing by. There are sandwich's which... More

Didn't visit but had to order online after a recent piece on local news in boston talking about their fudge I am a fudge-aholic and I would say this is the best. Ordered plain Belgian chocolate and caramel on Monday it arrived Wednesday. Now will have to order again for my son Love it!

My wife and I first became aware of this restaurant at a beer festival, of all places. The Mill Cafe and Fudge Factory had set up a booth at the NH Brewfest in Lincoln, NH; we sampled the fudge and grabbed a brochure. We had talked for many months about taking a ride for lunch someday, and this past weekend... More

I am the one who can never get icecream... until now! The Mill has a Non-Dairy Swirl... Raspberry, coconut and banana... I have no idea how they make it, but it tastd just like icecream and was absolutely delicious! It's my new "go to" place when my sweettooth kicks in :) We originally went there to sit and listen to... More

Liked the service and the wide variety of fudge and food! I had a quesadilla and an ice tea-which the young woman spotted me a bit of change for! I'd like to have time to sample desserts!

We love this place! We drove out of our way on our way home to stop here, it was worth the extra time! The food, ice cream and fudge are excellent! The staff was wonderful! We can't wait to go back!

I've enjoyed the food, ice cream and fudge at The Mill for years and recently I starting using their website to ship a little taste of NH to folks across the country. The fresh ingredients, local touch and great tasting fudge has been a huge hit with my friends and family. The people at the Mill are helpful, friendly and... More

Bristol is one of those places 'on the way,' but no longer for me since I've discovered The Mill Fudge Factory. It's the destination when my yearning for the best coffee ice cream overtakes me. And the fudge sauce they pour generously over top of it caps the experience. And did I say the folks who work there are super... More

I've loved the Mill right from the start, when my dear friend Noah and his dad and step mom opened it many years ago. It's such a wonderful place, with its rustic charm, delicious food and amazing ice cream and fudge made right on site. It had been way too many years since I've been back but finally got the...
