Nestled in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire is a quaint, historic 1700’s grist mill overlooking the Newfound River. It’s the home of The Mill Fudge Factory, where we make handcrafted, small batch fudge, all natural ice cream, and delicious café fare. We are family-owned and operated, serving the highest quality fudge and ice cream for over 7 years. Our mission is simple: to make people happy.

Love it here.

Small and quaint. Friendly staff. Make exceptional mocha drinks! Just had lunch there the other day for the first time. Had a chicken/bacon panini that was out of this freaking world! Great, thick cut of bacon, flavorful chicken.

Really enjoyed the music and a glass a wine by the river in an old mill building. Ice cream and fudge are excellent too.

continues to be a favorite of mine. Drinks and music or fudge to die for. lunch is super too. it's a different recipe and tastes amazing. I don't love fudge normally. this is addictive. but I go for great coffee, in the expresso machine and a greek roasted chicken and vegetable pannini. my favorite.

This is a quaint little of the beaten path shop. No Frils except for the freindly service. We saw a review that said it had Gluten free sandiwiches, and was very good. It was indeed very good. The bread was toasted and still was not hard or dry, for those with the gluten alergy you'll understand I was amazed. The rest... More

We arrived by motorcycle late afternoon, just before they were going to close to prepare for the evening. But everyone was very friendly and accommodating and we got sandwiches and coffee without question. We enjoyed them on one of two outdoor patios overlooking a gurgling creek with a small waterfall. A delightful spot. The paninis were not really paninis, just... More

Enjoyed a nice lunch outside listening to the waterfall behind us. It was great that we could have our dog with us and just relax.

My husband and I happened upon The Mill Fudge Factory by accident. We had spent our honeymoon near Bristol many years ago and decided to revisit the area. Many things had changed, so we were not aware of this little gem on the river that runs through Bristol. We were pleasantly surprised that besides fudge they served sandwiches and other... More

Live dangerously, order TWO Belgium Chocolate frappes while you're there. Most people decide to throw caution to the wind by skydiving or bungee jumping, but I chose to order--for the first time ever--the BEST chocolate frappes in the world, one right after the other. With a great flavor, texture, and light, yet creamy appeal, it's easy to see, after you've... More

We have visited the mill every time we are in Bristol. We had the ice cream with pieces of their homemade fudge in it which was delicious. There are some new flavors each time we've gone, along with the old favorites. You can sit outside on the deck to eat and enjoy the water rushing by. There are sandwich's which... More
