Amazingly good food , entertainment, and local color. Also a great selection of local micro brews. An outdoor patio featuring live entertainment in summer, Sunday brunch too

Bethlehem has some really good restaurants, but Rosa Flamingo is one of the best. The fare is diverse, giving you lots of excellent choices. Prices are moderate ($$$ out of $$$$$) and it is really good food. It has an excellent bar and, in the summer, the outdoor dining is comfortable and in a beautiful setting. This is a place... More

I have been going to Rosa's for years and this establishment consistently offers fantastic food, so matter what you order from their menu. Great specials are offered every day and their pizza is simply the best you'll ever eat.

We ate upstairs on a Saturday night. Glad we arrived early as the dining room filled up quickly. We had the risotto cakes gluten free and the lasagna, both of which were very good. Even though the risotto cakes are listed as an appetizer the portion size was large enough for main course. The only con was the large party... More

Pros: great thin crust pizza- had a bacon pizza & the Greek pizza, as well as an arugula/apple salad. Cons: chilly upstairs, service a bit slow-took a while for waitress to come after we first sat down, and then she'd disappear for periods of time. Overall a nice family friendly place with a good variety on the menu.

Lisa, our bartender and waitress, was friendly and engaging. The food was very good. I had the tortellini dinner and my wife had scallop and risotto appetizer. The portion size was generous. Great beer and wine selection, as well as full bar and some excellent bourbon choices too! We’ll be back on our next visit. Thanks for making us feel... More

We ate in the pub downstairs because there was a half hour wait for the dining room. It was great because we were able to watch the game while we had dinner. Service was quick and friendly. Food was delicious. The only downside of the pub area is that everytime someone leaves the door slams really hard...maybe it was the... More

My husband, son and I were recommended to eat here by the innkeeper at the Mulburn Inn, as we were staying there and Rosa Flamingo's is not but just a few doors down - an easy walk. We made reservations for New Year's Eve and were very pleased with our choice. The place is not very large, but is tastefully... More

This is pretty big restaurant with a very large menu offering typical Italian fare. They have a main dining room which is more formal, a pub area with TVs downstairs, and a big outdoor patio open in summer. We've only had pizzas there, and sometimes they are fantastic, other times they are pretty mediocre. The price is quite high for... More

We've been to Rosa's twice, and had different experiences both times. The first time we went, we had a great evening. I got a cheese-less veggie pizza, which was yummy, and my fiancee had the tortellini carbonara, which he said was amazing. I didn't try it, but it smelled sooo good. We sat outside, and were the only ones out... More
