Service was slow and somewhat indifferent. Ordered the specials and the food arrived only warm. They don't accept credit cards! A number of other tables all were sharing a large pot of tea so I ordered a pot I wanted to share with my family. A second waitress brings me one cup and a pot half the size of any... More

My husband and I stayed over at the Sugar Hill Inn in Sugar Hill, NH. We decided to eat out the first night and so we found this wonderful little hideaway called the Cold Mountain Cafe in our Sugar Hill Inn guest book. After reading many of the very positive reviews, we decided to give it a try. We were... More

Food was really good -the best thing was the veggie burger- even if you do not eat this sort of thing normally -it was delicious. Somebody in your group needs to order it. Very nice atmosphere

Very nice and original, very creative menu. Had the Stack- piles of eggplant and polenta stacked with other goodies, Excellent! Short but well thought out wine list. (No cocktails.) Rest of my party equally happy with their selections. Deserts were very good. I would definitely eat here again.

Travelling back from a business meeting in Whitefield, we had no idea where we were, so stopping in Bethlehem, NH at finding the Cold Mountain Cafe was an unexpected treat. The cream of mushroom soup had more mushroom than soup, and was creamy, full bodied and absolutely superb. The roast beef panini was perfect - tender, warm, cheesy - Mmmmm... More

We were shopping at some of the little shops in downtown Bethlehem and were going to go to Littleton or Whitefield to eat when we saw this Cafe nestled between the shops and decided to try it. This was one of the best decisions we ever made. The food was delicious, flavorful, and amply portioned. My wife had the soup... More

This place is easily my favorite place to go. I had come 3 years ago and could only remember how good the food was. We made the trek down from loon because of our prior experience and it was 100% worth the drive. Kate gave awesome service and great suggestions as to what to order. We will definately be back... We ate here a week ago for lunch. The waitress nearly bit my head off when I (nicely) asked her to take our order because we were under some time pressure (we had already been waiting for 20 minutes). The food still took another 40 minutes to arrive but it was all fresh and delicious. What a shame -- we... More

Just like my title stated. The menu is not too large, but you will find something you like because the food descriptions sound so good. All of our food was excellent but it took 2.5 hours to eat a meal when we should have been down in 1 hour. It took forever to get water, tea, food and options for... More

I've eaten here a few times - and the menu always has interesting combinations of things that I would have never put together - and taste delicious.
