That might not seem like a great recommendation, but much of the USA seems to provide coffee that has been standing, so it was a pleasure to find somewhere serving fresh Lattes. And the home made cookies and granola bars were good too

We stopped for lunch here and enjoyed some delicious vegetarian food and a fresh cup of coffee. They had a variety of soups, sandwiches, salads, and wraps, as well as breakfast options. The food was fresh and healthy, with a coffee shop atmosphere. With its eclectic menu, hip music, and local art on the walls, this is a place that... More

Stopped in at the Maya Papaya when I was in Bethlehem for a weekend for work. Tasty food fast, in a lovely small-town atmosphere! Decent variety allows for a range from comfort to healthy foods.

I used to stop in a fair bit in 2011 as it was a middle ground between home and work. My first experience was not positive - I was trying to make conversation with the clerk (I asked how they got the name, as it's what my Grandpa called me, and was the reason I stopped) and she was incredibly... The Green Submarine was perfect combination of healthy and satisfying and I found the service to be both friendly and efficient. I have also had the breakfast burrito several times and it is always delicious! I would strongly recommend Mia Papaya

This place has a little bit of evreything! You can start your day off with a fast, wonderful breakfast, lattes, hot chocolate etc. If you want to splurge, go right for the delicious baked goods; their scones are superb. Try their lunches which give you a very nice variety and are very afforable; homemade soups and quiche are also on... More

Decent food, yes. but the owner is so unfriendly and unhelpful that I refuse to go back again. She might be able to whip up a Panini but would it kill her to learn how to be friendly to her customers? News flash -- We're paying your electric bill, lady!! Maybe you should be nicer.

We belong to a ski club that's housed in Bethlehem so I get to go to Maia Papaya a lot, which is my good fortune. The food here is absolutely awesome---healthy, local, organic, vegetarian/vegan, and DELICIOUS. As another reviewer pointed out, it does get crowded being a town favorite, and with good reason! The seating is cozy, there's always an... More

What a find! It was starting to snow, I was starving....needed a latte fix. And ended up with one of the best lattes I have ever had. The breakfast burrito was a perfect blend of flavors and textures. It was the best food part of my trip. I will stop there whenever I'm close by.

Each morning, we stopped by Maia Papaya for 2 wraps to go. They made good lunches for us on the road.
