I only needed appetisers!

After a long road trip I was pleased to find the Bar/Restaurant at Adair Country Inn. I ordered crab cakes and prawns in risotto; both were exceptional in taste and quality. I also selected a great californian shiraz from a small we well represented wine list.

The food is amazing here! Who knew that a world class chef was hiding out in NH! The dinner was unbelievable and one of the best meals I've ever had, better than many great restaurants I've been to in NYC. The breakfasts here are also amazing! The breakfast was 3 courses consisting of the biggest, fluffy popover I've ever had,... More

Had reservations for a Friday evening and were seated promptly. This is a small restaurant, so I would suggest making reservations to assure seating. The menu is small, which is a good thing as you know that the chef has picked a few items where he can excel. And excellent indeed was dinner. We split an order of crab cakes... More

both breakfast and dinner were perfectly presented and most delicious. creative 3 course breakfast with fruit, popovers, and entrée if the apple and butternut squash soup is on the dinner menu , by all means try it. pork tenderloin moist and stuffed with an amazing cornbread stuffing coffee and dessert top shelf

Ours was a meal taken at a relaxed pace, with well executed dishes throughout, concluding with a memorable maple bread pudding that was perfect for New Hampshire on a fall weekend. The new small bar is a terrific touch as well.

Crab cakes were really good and I have tried a lot of crab cakes. We live in Florida. These were right up there in the BEST range

For many years I have waited for the opportunity to have dinner at the Adair. Finally tonight was my time. The approach to the Adair Country Inn was a long winding road, at the end sat this beautiful edifice. We parked the car and walked into the Inn, no one was there to great us at the door. We were...
