We loved the beautiful setting, and the great hospitality of the owner. The meal was very good and we had an absolutely wonderful dining experience,

Ours was a meal taken at a relaxed pace, with well executed dishes throughout, concluding with a memorable maple bread pudding that was perfect for New Hampshire on a fall weekend. The new small bar is a terrific touch as well.

Crab cakes were really good and I have tried a lot of crab cakes. We live in Florida. These were right up there in the BEST range

For many years I have waited for the opportunity to have dinner at the Adair. Finally tonight was my time. The approach to the Adair Country Inn was a long winding road, at the end sat this beautiful edifice. We parked the car and walked into the Inn, no one was there to great us at the door. We were... We had been here before but were not pleased; however, when we returned for a second try we were favorably impressed. We plan to go back again.

The crab cakes were excellent, the steak perfectly cooked, and the Merlot complimented the meal perfectly.

The chef is new to the inn & with additional staff, should get things rolling smoothly. Food was good, but with the chef being the only one in the kitchen, waitimes are fairly long. More staff will solve this.

I bought a restaurant.com gc over a year ago when there was a fixed price choice menu, 2 3 or 4 courses. Finally got there tonight...they have changed the menu from the fixed price options. The meal was excellent and the inn keeper and wait staff very friendly and accommodating. They offer a wine taste before selecting, which is a... More

We stayed at the Adair Inn and had dinner in the restaurant on our last night. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully served. We ordered the three-course meal and each of the four of us took some liberties with the courses. I ordered two appetizers and dessert and each course was delicious. Our waitress was knowledgeable and personable. The... More
