DELICIOUS!

the mushroom fricassee was the most delicious things I have ever eaten. Breakfast is included- the fresh fruit combos and decadent popovers were wonderful!

At the height of the fall there a few areas that are better to enjoy this autumn spectacle and hence accommodation is often difficult to find. The Mount Washington hotel was already full when booking this trip 3 months prior but Adair had very good reviews and we were happy we chose to stay here. Everyone makes a 100% effort... More

We were staying at the Bretton Woods Resort at Mount Washington and found the food to be somewhat overpriced and even worse, boring. We found Adair online and took a chance. Had an exceptionally delicious dinner in a warm, friendly dining room adjacent to a charming bar. Host, service, food, atmosphere - totally enjoyable all around. Don't miss it.

We were looking forward to a nice quiet dinner for a very special occasion. The inn keeper was cordial and friendly, but he forgot he had asked us the same questions three times, which made it quite insincere. I had called twice to let them know we had dietary restrictions. When we were seated I reminded our server that we... More

absolutely fabulous dinner at Adair. Sweet intimate bar area ( great drinks and wine selection) Small attractive dining room. Small excellent menu . We are "locals" . This beautiful B&B, under new ownership and management, is well worth your business! We are looking forward to returning frequently.

Under new and experienced leadership, this beautiful country inn is once again serving outstanding cuisine. The chef offers a wide variety of modern American cuisine, the kind of food one gets all the time in the Napa Valley but doesn't find in the White Mountains. Great food, outstanding choices, solid service, intimate atmosphere. There are other choices locally but nothing... More

Went for special occasion and the pork tenderloin was dry and overcooked. Wait staff informed and was apathetic, said " okay " and left. Otherwise salmon was okay, but needed more sauce.

My wife and I dined there both nights of our stay. We started with drinks in the bar (terrific service, great drinks) then were seated in the dining area. We were shocked at the excellence of the experience, starting with the salads (one includes a warm bacon flavored dressing- excellent). Nice bread. Then a selection of maybe eight or so... More
