Was the food good - sure! Was it great, nah. My table had a variety of food and some were very pleased, but most, including me thought the meal was ok. The atmosphere boarders between fine and casual dining. It's a good place for a business dinner.

Tried the Copper Door in Bedford, NH for lunch this week. Our server was friendly, prompt and professional. The menu was varied from light fare to meals and merits a return trip!

Copper Door is always hopping. They have a number of great dishes (mini fish tacos, all of the salads, scallops, soups) and the cupcake of the month is always worth the calories. The staff is very friendly and attentive. If you're going on a Friday after work, be sure to make reservations in advance.

Even with tempered expectations, this one is tough to swallow..Expensive and almost insulting with what arrives at your table..is it fine dining? is it casual upscale? The prices tell you it's fine dining. The food not so much. Execution errors weigh the output down unfortunately. Sit on the patio, drink and have a burger..that's the only time I came away... More

On past trips I have avoided this restaurant as people have said "noisy", Crowded, no Sweet and Low (my idea of a bad restaurant) but finally went. If a restaurant full of people having a great time is noisy, so be it but I thought it was exciting and festive and embracing. The food at lunch was really good, the... More

This is the second time several members of my family have gathered for an evening meal. The first time it was very noisy in the bar area, so it was rather hard to hear some family members at our table. The food was good both times, although I don't think any one of us thought it exceptional. This time I had... More

We visited Copper Door with a group of friends. It's a very nice atmosphere and the service is excellent. But we thought the food was mostly average. It was good, but it wasn't good value for money. For the money, I think the Gibbet Hill Grill in Groton, MA, is a much better choice in the area. We spent over... More

I write many restaurant reviews and after reading most of the other reviews about the Copper Door, I am disappointed with our experience at the restaurant. My husband and I visited the establishment yesterday afternoon. It was very confusing when we asked to sit in the bar when we first arrived around 4:00 p.m. Three different hostess personnel waited on... More
