Cape Cod Seafood in the White Mountains, Exceptional Pies

When skiing in the Mt Washington Valley, it is easy to gravitate towards N. Conway, or drive to the Mount Washington Hotel at Bretton Woods, as we have numerous times for many years. Well when in America. Found this place in 2013 while looking around New Hampshire. Decided to go back this time around. We only went in for the Pie. Their pie's are really nice with plenty of choices. Staff are extremely friendly and they are also the owners cooks and bottle washers. There is plenty of other things to eat but... More

Went to Cabin Fever at the invitation of one of our group visiting North Conway. He knew the owners and wanted to stop in and say hello. Of course they were quite surprised and took a few minutes from the hustle & bustle to catch up with my husband & friend. The NE clam chowder was obviously made with cream,... More

We stopped here for a light evening dinner and were really impressed with the décor of the restaurant (large highly varnished pine slab tables and a real log cabin affect) and the food was very good for a small local restaurant. It is just northwest of Attitash ski area and about 10 miles south of Bretton Woods ski areas, both... More

Food is great, venue is very comfortable, staff is excellent. Not much to look at on the outside but the inside is typical White Mountain comfortable and cozy. You're making a mistake driving by this place if you're hungry, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Only downside and the primary reason I didn't rate Cabin Fever as "Excellent" is because in my... I had the pleasure of having lunch Saturday at this great find! The scallops were broiled perfectly with a delicious coleslaw add Tom's own cornbread, on the side. I finished with homemade apple pie, totally yummy. The service was spot on as I watch the B's on a sweet flat screen while the owners moved about the cabin. This place... More

We saw the signs along the road and decided to stop in. the place was crowded but a waitress quickly greated us at the door. We were told there was a ten minute wait and that is exactly how much time it took to get our table. The kids shared a pizza. great toppings a a very good house made... More

Just had a great meal here before they close for November...finally a place that knows how to fry fresh fish and you don't have to go to Portland to get it....a warm, "cabin" to sit in and friendly service too.....we will definitely be back when they have enjoyed their well deserved rest..
