You need to eat here at least twice while in the area...

This place is a bit farther out than some of the places in the North Conway area but it is one of the best. It's good simple comfort food at a reasonable price. You need to go to this place at least twice while you are in the area. The first time you need to get a burger, a couple... read more

I visited here with my kids recently. There was no wait, the servers were friendly and attentive and the food was simple, perfectly executed, tasty and cheap! It will now be on the top of my list of regulars for the area.

Great place, great burgers and appetizers. My husband and I have been several times and we've had no complaints.

My wife and I were up hiking in the White's and saw Cabin Fever and decided to try it out for some soup after a long hike. The Chili and Clam chowder were awesome so we decided to have a dinner after another long hike. Lobster bisque, onion rings, pizza and apple pie with ice cream. It was heaven. We... More

My family and I always stop here when we come visit the area. We just stayed a couple of nights in Bartlett at the end of Feb, 2015. This time we just stopped by for pie(wife loves it) and ice cream. Always good food, lunch and dinner! This time they had a singer playing guitar, a nice touch. The only... More

When skiing in the Mt Washington Valley, it is easy to gravitate towards N. Conway, or drive to the Mount Washington Hotel at Bretton Woods, as we have numerous times for many years. This year, we drove west from the Attitash ski resort and found the Cabin Fever in Bartlett. A rustic restaurant with pies well on display as you... More

Well when in America. Found this place in 2013 while looking around New Hampshire. Decided to go back this time around. We only went in for the Pie. Their pie's are really nice with plenty of choices. Staff are extremely friendly and they are also the owners cooks and bottle washers. There is plenty of other things to eat but... More

Went to Cabin Fever at the invitation of one of our group visiting North Conway. He knew the owners and wanted to stop in and say hello. Of course they were quite surprised and took a few minutes from the hustle & bustle to catch up with my husband & friend. The NE clam chowder was obviously made with cream,... More

We stopped here for a light evening dinner and were really impressed with the décor of the restaurant (large highly varnished pine slab tables and a real log cabin affect) and the food was very good for a small local restaurant. It is just northwest of Attitash ski area and about 10 miles south of Bretton Woods ski areas, both... More
