Too expensive for the very average quality of food. Same for the wines. Very average service as well.
Ww had my hubby's birthday dinner here on a Tuesday night. There were around 3 other couples in the dining area, and a few people at the bar. Friendly staff, warm ambiance. It was a little too "dimly lit" in the dining room however, my husband and I were straining to read the menus.....and we are both in our 20s,... More
A bit on the spendy side. Our 5 year old eats very little, was going to just have plain old spaghetti and meatballs in red sauce. They have a kids menu and it was not on it?!? So my wife orders it from the regular menu figuring she'll share with our daughter, and was informed their is a $6.00 charge... More
The soup and salads were good and the artichoke dip was yummy!. But the main dishes were awful. The sauces were not traditional or tasty! Eggplant Parmesan tasted burned at best! Meatballs were void of any flavor at all! No bread was offered. Having grown up in a traditional Italian family, I expected more from this over priced establishment....Same forks... More
If you like authentic Italian food, some of the best ravioli I have ever enjoyed, and great wine, go this wonderful place. The owners are great, the staff attentive and the food delightful.
The food is ok, but not great. At $10-14 per plate for dinner your meal would be wonderful but at $24-$38 per meal it is grossly overpriced. The waiter is the bartender as well as the host as he is the owners son and the service is like a corner family restaurant with fine dining prices at wherever your home... More
Good food at a good price. Staff is very friendly, helpful and hard working. Great bar for drinks and apps. House favorite Ravioli are worth trying!
We arrived on time for our 7:30 booking. To the left of the entrance was a busyish bar area and to the right was a half full, cold, restaurant. We were seated and then about 10 minutes later we were brought water and glasses. Another 10 minutes passed and our drinks order was placed, a further 10 minutes or so... More
We really enjoyed our meal here on our last night in Tahoe. The ravioli are to die for along with the portobello mushroom appetizer. Two in our party enjoyed the spicy pasta with andouille sausage. I tried the Louie wedge salad which was light and tasty. Our group went through three bread baskets with olive oil - I guess we... More
We had a great meal and cocktails last night at this establishment. Service was great, owner stopped by the table to chat, and food was great. Don't miss the Lemon Drop Martinis as they have that recipe perfected!!
