The small 1.5 inch thick steak cooked the way you like is worth the stop. Wait-staff are fast and friendly. Only complaint is a little smokey.

Rooms were small and dirty and the restaurant was run down and managed to screw up every meal that we ordered. We moved out of the hotel on the second night...was a great decision.

The room is clean, the bathroom is updated, okay to stay in for the night and the price is right. We kept the curtains closed all the time because the windows are very old and not a pleasing sight to look at. Just a warning for those with mobility issues....there is no elevator so ask for a room on the... More

Price was right and the food was average. Typical casino restaurant food. Nothing outstanding but just about what you would expect.

Sometimes when a casino hotel offers a "special" it isn't so special at all. The price might be right but what you get for the money can leave a lot to be desired. The staff don't take it seriously, because after all, it's the "special" and its cheap, so who cares? Well here they DO care. The steak and eggs... More

My husband and I stayed her for one night with our pup. Pet friendly a plus. The casino is kept clean and the coupons at check in are such a deal! We had dinner at Pete's and were so full from all the food! Our server Kyle was super attentive and friendly. Definitely order the onion rings, hot turkey sandwich,... More

The Winners casino has two place to eat. We ate our lunch in the lunch room and it was very good. I had a great burger with outstanding tater tots. My wife had the "BLAST" and it was great. We had great service and great food at a good price and you can't beat that.

Loved the Liver & Onions, Big Salad and Rainbow Trout. Salad bar available all the time. Would have liked herbal teas, but coffe sufficed. Suggest not for teens or children.

The Star Broiler, for a small town restaurant, is surprisingly upscale. The traditional menu provides a good variety of excellent dishes that are not only full flavored, but also presented quite nicely. Moderately priced, the Star Broiler (open Tuesday thru Saturday evenings) is a good bet when in Winnemucca. Note: it is also one of the favorites of locals!
