Simply fun. Don't overthink it, just soak up the flavor. Didn't eat but had some drinks and enjoyed the views plus slots. The bartender was fun and friendly, very comfy spot to chill.

People here talk about the view. We didn't get to see it. We were told we could wait for 10 minutes to get a patio table, but that we shouldn't because they had a table for us inside. Our party of four ordered. Three burgers, one salad. I got my burger with no mayo or onions, and with garlic fries.... More

Had bonanza bread and soup, bread was yum for 4 dollars walked out to the mile high view. Spend the quarter to view the canyon, there's a lake and the view is amazing.

We arrived in town late and were hungry, but didn't want to spend alot of money. We didn't expect alot when we entered this cafe, which is connected to a casino, but decided to give it a try. We had the option of sitting outside on their deck, which had an incredible view, or eat inside. Because it was late,... More

The sandwich we had was a chicken and cheese sort. Very good the only comment I would say it would of been excellent if not on a hamburger bun. Say a nice french roll or something to hold the yummy ingredients better. All in all it was good. I enjoyed the outdoor seating although it had a high wall and... More

The Bonanza Café is located on the northern end of Virginia City on the east side of the main road (C Street). There are two parts to this business, one's a mini casino with a bar and the other part is the café. The café has a large indoor seating area and a smaller deck in the back of the... More

The sign on the door said they were open at 11 am. It was 11:20 no one would greet us for 20 minutes and then we were told the cook wasn't there and they weren't sure they were going to open. We left, came back 5 hours later and once again waited too long to be seated. The food was... More

I really love their menu - it's unique and the food is great. Crispy Calamari Salad, Gourmet Grilled Cheese sandwich and the Steak Sandwich are some of our favorites. Lots of seating indoors with music from the Comstock Cowboys adds a perfect ambience. Sit outside on the outdoor balcony if the weather permits because you a fantastic 100 mile view.... More
