Highly recommended...

Had Surf and Turf that was out of this world, not to mention reasonably priced! Great relaxing atmosphere and only disappointment was they were unable to use the wood burning fire place the evening I visited....

Visiting from out of town and were staying in Reno and went to Crown Point Restaurant for a steak dinner. We were there on a Thursday night and bought a meal package that included the lecture - Cowboy poetry in the room next to the dining area. There is a great view of the mountains out of the window

The meals are presented as advertised. Presentation can make or break a meal and they did present in a very good manner. The steak was cooked to perfection and the service was very punctual. We didn't try the wine list because we had absorbed the rustic atmosphere and preferred beer with our meal. It too was delicious and chilled to... More

A fine chef knows his stuff; the menu is limited but of high quality, the wine list adequate for the purpose. The dining area is small but comfortable, and the ambience fine

Had lunch at this place. Great food. Friendly staff. Order was served quickly. Had drinks first. Also worth leaving some place for one of their nice deserts. I recommend.

Good food friendly staff. Ate here with a group of friends. Convenient since we were all staying in the hotel. A little on the pricey side.

We had planned on having lunch in the Gold Hills Hotel after riding the V&T railroad. While eating our surprisingly delicious meal, a guy walked thru the old dining room who we thought might be the chef. After talking about the flavors in our salads, he invited us back into the newly remodeled dining room. What a surprise to find... More

Wow! We're locals, and have dined here a few times before the new owners took over and remodeled. What a treat! We went there to celebrate hub's birthday and we were so delighted with not only the service -- attentive & knowledgeable, along with the chef who creates some delicious and attractive dishes. I had a delicious salmon with a... More

This restaurant is in quite an unusual location. Situated in one of the oldest hotels in Nevada, it seems of of place compared to the 'ol west atmosphere of nearby Virgina City. The service and food are excellent, even if our travelling clothes lowered the tone of the place! Is it good value for money....no. Is it worth going to... More
