Good Standard Mexican Restaurant

The food was good. I had a beef chimi that I really enjoyed. The black beans and rice were nothing special. Our male server was so much fun! He had a joke for everything! The jokes were really funny! He made our meal so enjoyable.

The meals we had at the Cabo Wabo were okay, good, but nothing to write home about. My husband noted when asked how his salad was said 'it's a salad...'. That's it. My shrimp fajitas were good, but nothing special. Except maybe that the platter on which they were served was so hot that it burned the shrimp and spattered... More

We enjoy coming to Cabo Wabo whenever we're in Tahoe. We enjoy the casual atmosphere, food, and drinks, and we can watch a ballgame at the same time. Our waitress was great and took perfect care of us. We ordered drinks, the nachos with beef, and the chicken "Mini Chimmies". All were delicious, but it was WAY too much food.... More

We went to Cabo Wabo for a breakfast buffet since the normal one for Harvey's was closed for renovations. For the price it was decent, at best. Our waiter kept referring to us as "ethnic" when we asked about hot sauce and other "Mexican flavor" sauces available for our meal. We are both Caucasian with olive toned skin. It was... More

Service was sporadic, The food portions were plenty, but not much flavor. I've been to other Cabo Wabo's and this isn't the best one by far.

We went for a Saturday night at Cabo Wabo when we heard they had a band. The band was a cover band and very good, it seems that they must schedule bands to play the full weekend, nice to know, if they end up being worth seeing. All the bartenders were super friendly and fast, I would go back. Also... More

If you have anyone under 21 with you you have to go before 930pm. At 10pm it's 21 and over only. Operator gave incorrect info when I called before.

Must have been good! hard to remember Great place to hang out while waiting for anything. The place is very attractively lit and the design is inviting.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good food, excellent service, and a gluten free menu. Located in Harvey's Hotel/casino. One feature to note: turns into a party/dance/music place around nine or so - perhaps only on weekend evenings.

Great food, great drinks, good video, live bands, Sammy's Beach Bar Red Head Rum (as well as the regular) available from the bar, and we didn't even need to walk outside from our room at Harrah's to get there. While it may not be the Cabo Wabo in Cabo San Lucas, it's a good outpost.
