This property is located about a 5 min walk from the Heavenly Gondola and not far from many area attractions. Perfect home base for local excursions. Lots of fun inside the property including gambling, food court, fun sports bars, Cabo Wabo Cantina and a Hard Rock Cafe. As a frequent traveler I would say the rooms here need a little... More

Pretty darn good casino that connects underground (under street!) with Harrah's. All the action you could want with a good selection of restaurants to boot.

Awesome room at a very reasonable rate -- beautiful views of Lake Tahoe. If you read some of the the other reviews, you will see that you may not be able to count on winning in the casino - what a surprise. There is a Hard Rock Cafe inside, which frankly is one of the weaker examples of the chain.... More

Great casino area...., very crowed, but make a nice environment. Free drinks in casino area and some dealers very friendly.

Great food, great service, great selection! Glad we made it to the seafood buffet! The crab was good along with everything else!

Harvey's rooms are nice and clean. They are spacious and have fairly nice bathrooms. I find that even non smoking rooms in casinos still reek of smoke. I think the rooms are a decent value during the week and off season weekends however they really jack up the prices on weekends with shows year round. This is understandable but not... More

My wife and I walked into the Hotel casino area and got out as soon as we could. We walked about 100 years and exited the closest door...when we got out we could smell the smoke on our clothing....for a non smoker...it smelled terrible!

Was starved when I walked into this place and waited an hour for food on a slow Monday night. Only 5 people in the place and it seemed like the staff was just screwing around in the kitchen.

Harvey's had a nice feel to it and compared favorably to the nearby Harrahs. The MontBleu Casino, in contrast, was worn down and seemed to have very few patrons.

We stayed in a "PetStay" dog friendly room and were very happy. The room was well appointed, with nicer carpeting than in many rooms that are not animal friendly. The room was quiet and everything worked as it was supposed to work. This was not a "beat up" or second rate room (although one of the tables did have some... More
