Nice rooms

The room was great. The bed was even better. The pillows were soft. It was a very nice. However , the casino needs a lot of work or maybe a remodel. The slots are very tight. You will not win as if you were somewhere else. The tables are good. Very good service when you are playing cards. I... read more

We stayed 2 nights during our trip. Very nice and clean. Helpful staff. Did notice that 3 young men were in lobby every time we went through day or night, couldn't tell if they were sleeping on chairs or just sitting there all day and night.

This hotel is a little tired, both the rooms & casino are in need of a refurbish. We stopped by the Hard Rock restaurant for a late night dinner our first night. this restaurant definitely does NOT do this chain of restaurants proud, our food was barely palatable and we left most of it uneaten. The one thing this hotel... More

A good variety of food options are available but particularly at Sage Room make sure they are serving full menu - they were not during our stay and we walked out

Pass on this location. Food was expensive and marginal. We were tired from driving. First night in the area and didn't want to go outside the hotel. Ordered a sandwich and a salad with chicken at Hard Rock. The bill with tip was around $40 which one expects inside a casino and ok as long as the food is good.... More

This is a standard casino room. The cost through Priceline was inexpensive, but beware of the hidden fees. They tack on a $20 resort fee, which includes free internet. The internet speed is so slow that I was forced to upgrade to something usable for an extra $10. Their extra fees are deceptive and unwarranted. I have a season ski pass... More

Had a 5 star meal at the 19th Restaurant at Harveys. The only down side was that the service and courses were very slow in coming. We appreciated not being rushed during each course but the gap in between courses went beyond the customary time. Other than that the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable.
