Description: 6,225 feet above sea level in the Sierra Nevadas sits Lake Tahoe, spanning the bold state line between California and Nevada. With a leg on either side of that divide, you can bet this popular resort area has a slightly split personality. Roughly half the visitors here plan to kick back California-style on the side that bears the Golden State's name, to engage in low-key sightseeing, hiking, fishing, camping and boating, while the other half heads straight for Nevada, and all that that name heralds. Ritzy attractions, big-name entertainment and the lure of the jackpot beckon at abundant glittering casinos there, so, what? You can't decide? Ehh - don't sweat it. We've struck a happy balance for ye of many interests. The Hard Rock Cafe Lake Tahoe is located in Harvey's Resort and Casino, just 5 minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort and only 1,000 yards from Lake Tahoe itself. So whether you gamble your money in casinos or your life on the mountains, the Hard Rock Cafe Lake Tahoe is the perfect place. Our Alpine ski lodge decor makes you feel right at home if you're ready to relax, but if gaming the night away is more your style, our triangular bar in the restaurant's center features 18 video poker machines to make you feel like a real high roller. And if you've worked up an appetite from all this, you better believe you've come to the right place. Nevada Magazine rated Hard Rock Cafe Tahoe the #1 burger in the state! So step inside the Hard Rock Lake Tahoe and walk the state line for a rocking great time.

Visited during summer vacation to Lake Tahoe. Really busy but we got a table outside the main restaurant right away. Had drinks and appy platter. All but the onion rings, which were undercooked, were tasty. We found the prices reasonable, and with bigscreen music videos and tables around us having so much fun, you couldn't help but have a great... More

We visited the HRC July 1st for dinner. Our server was excellent. He had a nice personality and was quick to bring our drinks and take our order. Our food came out hot and nicely presented. We received a good deal for our money. I wanted the ribs but was afraid it would be to much and he recommended how... More

Went with my Grama and it was cool. Waiter was nice but he had dirty nails like a mechanic. Got burgers and margaritas. Good food but they don't offer anything that is all that. Guys would like the ribs n chicken though! They do have good appetizers. Good place to go for a drink and a bite.

I was pleasantly surprised when my family members wanted to hear here and I went along. The food was very good and I enjoyed a vegetarian burger patty topped with a portobello mushroom. Everyone's food looked good and I would go back again.

We made a stop at the Hard Rock on our way to a family gathering in California. When we arrived, there was no line or wait. We walked right in and sat down. We were going to have a meal at the family gathering, so we just had an adult beverage and a snack. The food was good and the... More

My mom and I ordered the shrimp expecting it to be really good.It wasn't! Our server rushed us when ordering and was just kind of awkward. Not a good bday experience. Have been pleased with other hard rock cafes in the past.

We visited on a Saturday night just looking for a quick bite to eat. We had a cocktail and a beer, two mains and were considering one of the deserts. Our server was fine in the beginning but forgot our beer, was rude and dismissive when reminded about it, thumped it down on the table with no apology. Someone else... More

We are regulars at Hard Rocks around the World, boasting a good collection of glasses! So, when staying in Tahoe, we could sense another for our collection. What typifies HR for us is joie de vivre from the crews Whilst the food was fine and met expectations, service was perfunctory at best, almost as if we were an inconvenience, even... More

Love the Hard Rock's. Food and service was great. Right on the casino floor in Harveys. Loved looking at all items on the wall. Hard Rock's are always great but this one really rocked.

I had eaten my dinner and was craving a guiness. The only place I could find was at the Hard Rock. I settled, cause I was there, seems awfully expensive for one bottle of beer, then you can get a six pack for around $8-9. Next time I will go to one of the brew pubs in the area. The... More

I wanted to thank you for your feedback and wish that we could have made a more impactful impression on you during your last visit.
