fixed price or al a carte, either way it's good sushi

Very leery of all you can eat sushi but it was recommended to us by our rafting guides. Think of it less. As all you can eat and more of fixed price sushi. The quality was very good and the presentation was awesome. Their prices are so good it's hard to break even but we tried hard!

After reading many reviews for Sushi Pier, a friend and I tried it for dinner. Wow! Amazing! and delicious!! Truly the best all you can eat sushi I have ever had. Most AYCE have crazy restrictions on what you order. We were never told that an item was not on the AYCE!! We went there expecting to order off the... More

Just stopped in as we were waiting to check into our hotel. Sat at the sushi bar. The service was fast and the sushi was amazing!! I can not have seaweed (nori paper), so I usually go sashimi. Most places around the Reno/ Tahoe area don't offer the soy paper option, but Sushi Pier does!!! It was so nice to... More

We ate here with our daughter/son-in-law and their new baby on a Friday night - couldn't sit at the sushi bar because he needed a baby seat - he was fascinated by the people at the bar (8 weeks old). It was very crowded and bustling, took a while for our server to get to us and for the food... More

Damion (sushi chef) put together a fabulous meal for me and my vegetarian friends. The fish was fresh, the rolls were inventive and the food service was great. The only issue I have is they take too long to give you your bill and check you out once you're done.

This is a great place. Very clean and the staff is friendly. The sushi is very, very good-and they give you plenty. If you walk out hungry, it's your own fault. If you like sushi and alot of it-go eat here.

Who knew? I guess most of the locals and you should, too. Sushi Pier is just beyond the MontBleu hotel and casino on the Nevada side. It's delicious. It's small, so you might have to wait in a line because it's also popular. Large sized rolls of fresh sushi will be ushered to your table by hip young waiters and... More

Great Sushi place. Good price for all you can eat. If you love sushi you really should try this place if you are in or traveling through Tahoe.
