Fine fun family fair

My kids and I love going to the Black Bear. They love the bears on the walls and the whip cream on the pancakes, and I love the country potatoes and the scrambles. We had another great visit last weekend. Our waitress was friendly and attentive I actually had the California Benidict which was a... read more

The issue with this restaurant was the country gravy and a waitress who wouldn't listen or didn't care. The gravy had way too much pepper in it. I don't know if I got there at a end of the shift or just got a person who was having a bad day. I felt like I found a person who wasn't... More

My husband and I were regulars, but stopped going about six months ago. I went with my daughter on Valentines Day and that was the worst service we had ever received there. We got benched, not a problem, because it was busy. Then we were ignored and passed over for two couples. After waiting for about an hour we were... More

Great food, friendly service, nice atmosphere. They charge a bit more, but the amount of food they bring you is massive! Always had good, friendly service and nice family atmosphere.

Large portions and just the right amount of service. They don't over-service but just make sure your coffee is filled. A wide selection of foods and you don't go away hungry.

We stopped here on the way to the airport with friends. OMG, we didn't know we needed to come in starving. The breakfasts were unbelievably large and so full of flavor. The service was outstanding. The décor was fun. Our friends bought a bear claw that had to be bigger than a grizzly bear's paw; it was at least 10... More
