We love going to the Bonanza and eating at the Branding Iron Café. The specials are a great price, excellent food and service with a smile. We always ask to be placed in Jenny's section because of her excellent service.

This place rocks! The price of the Sunday brunch buffet was just $10! Although the variety of items on the buffet is limited, it has all you want. The food was GREAT. The service was AWESOME. Don't miss eating here!

This has become one of our favorite places to eat at on Wednesday's. For $3.95 you can have AYCE spaghetti with meat sauce and it is a very tasty sauce, lots of spaghetti and fresh parmesean cheese. Please note that they do charge extra for meatballs, salad and garlic bread but you can get extra meat sauce at no extra... More

Dear Gypsylady002a, Thank you so very much for your great review! We take great satisfaction in knowing we are one of your favorite places to dine. As you know our all you can eat spaghetti is truly that, all you can eat! You are correct in stating that we charge a minimal extra amount for the Meatballs, salads and garlic... More

We had lunch here recently and it was okay. . . they do not have a kid's menu, which limits their options and inflates the total bill and the service was extraordinarily slow. The staff was very pleasant and beverages were kept full but it took a very long time to get our food after ordering and even longer to... More

The Branding Iron cafe is the coffee shop in the small Bonanza Casino, about two miles north of the University of Nevada - Reno campus on Virginia Street. (This is the same property that houses the gourmet steak restaurant, Cactus Creek.) The decline in casino gaming has forced most casino coffee shops to close late at night, but the Branding... More

Within ten minutes of where we live in Reno, it's a nice spot to have $7.77 T-bone steak on Tuesdays. A lot of casino's offer similar deals but this is a good steak, at least the 3 or 4 times I've had it. Certainly not the best restaurant in town, but we like going there and they always have good... Michael, Thanks much for the great review. As you are well aware we work hard to offer a great value to our guests and it looks like you take advantage of our T Bone special on a regular basis. Thank you for your business and the review! Chris Romm More

Chicken dinner for $3.95. You get two pieces of fried chicken, mash potatoes and gravy, green beans, roll and butter. Where else can you go for that price? If your looking for fine dining, this is not for you! However, it's friendly comfort food especially on a cold winter night. I bring in my own Chardonnay and corkscrew and give... More

Christine, Thanks much for the review. So glad you enjoy our Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. As you know, everything is home made and we take pride in that. Our chicken dinner is meant to be a good old fashioned home made chicken dinner at a great price. The T Bone is also a great value as is all you can... More

This venue was recommended by a local. Friends and I ate breakfast here for five or six mornings in a row. Good service, good breakfast menu food, and good location. We decided to take advantage of "T-Bone Tuesday." They offered a one pound T-B for $7.95. The T-Bone was terrible. Breakfast good, T-Bone not so good.

This Restaurant consistantly has great food and great service. It is located at the Bonanza Casino. They also have a steak house that has been voted best in Reno for 2 years in a row. It is definitely worth a visit.
