Customer who lives in Reno introduced me to ZoZo's a couple of years ago. I felt at home there the moment I sat down. It reminds me of North Beach in the '60's ( when I was a kid! ). Great pasta, great service and nice big helpings of vino to make it all work out. more

outstanding local restaurant with excellent daily specials. Skip themarinara based pastas and go for everything else. Very fine selection of California and Italian wines. No pretense here...just good food in a cozy environment. Banquet room available. more

The food is not very good -- Under seasoned, and just plain bad. The owner was drinking glass after glass of wine and we had a concern with one of our parties dishes, proceeded to act a fool and was quite rude to our table, even though we were spending over 500 dollars. Service was friendly, atmosphere cozy and comfy. Pepe and staff were extremely nice. Specials offered were outstanding as well as the menu choices. Can't complain about anything! The bruschetta was out of this world in addition to the wine choices and entree's received. Highly recommend this restaurant. Not overpriced at all. Will return there time and time again. We moved here 8 months ago from Vegas and have searched for a good Italian place (wife is from New York). We have been to a few and were either very disappointed or thought they were mediocre at best. This place has very good food, a nice (although somewhat loud) atmosphere, and very friendly staff.
