chain restaurant, cliche service...edible selections if you don't go too often. Over the top seasoning of formula americanized fondue. Bar available for the local lushes. Expect to wait, expect slow service and expect to smell like fondue until you shower. Predictable, over-priced wine selections. more

We have been to The Melting Pot twice and knew the price before going. The food and service are great and the assortment of cheeses are wonderful. They have always treated us with respect and seem to go the extra mile when I made reservations for my fiance birthday. more

Comfortable atmosphere with good service. If you want to spend $75 for a complete dinner with no drinks then this might be a good place for a "special" dinner. But if you want good fondue in a small (hard to find) local spot try Reno Vino, a small place of Moana behind The Grill at Quail. We spent $25-30 on... more

This was our first visit to the Reno location of the Melting Pot and was quite surprised to find that this is a two story location with outside seating as well.
