They have very dedicated servers and good food but only serve one piece of bread with breakfast.

The food is hot and good when delivered to your table. The servers are friendly and the restaurant is very clean. This little place is cute and a nice place to have a meal, but their portions are a bit small for the price you pay for it. It is conveniently located , easy to get into and out of... read more

The food was average, nothing I'd specifically recommend. We sat at the counter and could watch them cooking. Probably not the most appetizing seat in the house.

Their food is good and abundant. It seems you always have to wait, especially on weekends, but it is worth it. Toy box for the kids to pick something out. The staff is always happy and friendly.

Yummy Huevos Rancheros and Waffle was wonderful as well. Service was fast and friendly. Coffee was hot and refilled quickly. Kids enjoyed their meals as well.

This is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast. It's not only eggs and ham, you can have pancakes, crepes and other goodies. This is a great family spot. You may have to wait; however, that's because the food is worth the wait.

Ask for Megan! She is a doll... the plates are huge, and the food is for the soul to fully enjoy. Get there a bit early on the weekend as it tends to become busy! Order anything off the menu I'm sure you will not be dissatisfied...I ordered the Monte Cristo and it absolutely ROCKED!!!

This was our first time at Peg's, but certainly not our last. Great menu, you're treated like family (we sat at the counter, which is way more fun), and the quality and quantity of the food can't be believed. My wife had Banannas Foster French Toast, I had homemade corned beef hash. They were huge... more than you could eat...... More

I went to Peg's early Sunday morning on my way with my son to the airport. We were hungry, and needed a good hearty breakfast to get us through a long day of travel. Everything about this place is authentic middle America good food: easy comfortable booths, classic 1960s decor, a busy, happy kitchen staff, and a waiter handling the... More

We ate at the counter and enjoyed watching tons of great-looking (and smelling!) plates leave the kitchen. Our food was very good, and the gluten-free toast and waffles were both very good.

Best ham & eggs I've had in many years. Generous slab of ham (I ordered the 1/2 slice)--and it was thick and juicy. Plentiful hash browns, bountiful cups of coffee and prompt and courteous service from Meghan. Definitely recommend. Expect to wait on weekends. A nice walk from downtown--just a couple of blocks from the river.
