Our server was very kind and prompt, and our grilled portabella was scrumptious. We had a very nice lunch at The Lodge. more

we had poor service and the coconut shrimp were overcooked and like hockpucks. Pork chops were dried out. Its close to our home so we are giving it one more try but the food was not good and a bit overpriced more

TripAdvisor let me down on this one. We had some great meals in Reno. Unfortunately this wasn't one of them. $29 for a dry, fishy, piece of halibut. The salad was tasty but, the lettuce was not fresh and crisp. The view is OK but, nothing to carry a meal. Would not recommend, would not go again. more

The view is amazing, but the food and service can keep up with it. I have had a flavorful and memerable breakfast and lunch at the Lodge. It is refreshingly different from all other facilities in the area, the service is exceedingly fast and friendly. The owners are also very involved and personable, making the whole dining experience even better!... more

As harried, oblivious tourists rush past on the way to the emerald waters of Lake Tahoe, they miss one of the areas' best kept local secrets. A true roadhouse, the Lodge welcomes travelers with a pint of microbrew from one of their nineteen taps, a glass of wine from a truly varied and well-thought-out list, and a diverse cuisine, which... more

I'd recommend this place to anyone, especially convenient for locals on the south end of town. Kind of place you can go to every week. Great local owners, great food (try the nightly Salmon special, Fajitas, fillet mignon "black and bleu"). Decent wine list and by the glass. Great beers on tap. Casual for a day after skiing, or for... more

I have eaten at the Lodge at least 50 times. It is upscale bar food with surprisingly good daily specials. The sandwiches are great and are actually real:home baked turkey, pulled pork etc...no turkey loaf or crummy deli meat. The fries and salads are first rate. You can sit at the "U" shaped bar or sit in the dining room with great views from... more

The prices were too high for the quality and service. It's trying to be a gourmet restaurant, but it's more like a sports bar. more

Great location and food at this local favorite. The owners are usually there and along with their chief prepare local fresh and organic cuisine. In the warm months outdoor dining surrounded by large pines make this one of our favorite Reno dinning places. Great wine list and full bar. Our kids also love it with kid friendly food offered but... more

I live in Reno and have been to the lodge quite a bit. It is a great place to go after a long day of hiking or skiing for a few quiet drinks, or a full course meal. It has an upscale setting, nestled in the trees. The staff is always friendly, the service is always quick, and the food,... more
