These people are hayseeds, and Black Rock pizza, Blind Onion, etc, are not exactly yuppie. "Gourmet," yes, but really? Nu Yalk has been a Reno icon for years. The pizza is good. The guys working there are the coolest guys ever, NOT!!!! The service sucks, the employees are greasy and think everybody owes them somthing. If you can look beyond the cool guys and the dirty dining room the pizza is good. I would recommend ordering to go. more

if you want to get pamperd , get great pizza all the while soaking in the serene, artsy, BoHo style atmosphere, go to Blue Moon or Black Rock or some other California/ yuppie style pizza house, or,... just go back to California! If you want a great pizza without all the "Fluff , fart and tap-dance [--]! " then GO... more

We dine here about once every six months and the place is really getting tired. The service is consistently awful and the food is headed in the same direction. The dining room is full of dirty garage sale furnishings and the atmosphere is just plain dingy. If you are looking for good pizza in Reno/Sparks, without the bad attitude, try... more
