Had an enjoyable lunch with friends. It was great to sit outside, as the inside noise makes it difficult to carry on a conversation. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable about food allergies. Food was delicious and fresh.

We have eaten at this restaurant on different occasions and on different trips to Reno. The first time we went as a basketball team of players and parents. This time it was just my wife, my son and I. Both times the meal was good. We liked the orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken. Was not crazy about their Kung... More

Have eaten here in the past and was very satisfied however the last 2 experiences have been very disappointing. Last night made reservations asked for a both when arrived they told me I had to wait another 30 min. So took a half both half table instead. Sat down music was so loud I couldn't hear across the table and... More

Nice comfortable restaurant, good service but mediocre food at higher than average prices. Also found the food to be inconsistent from visit-to-visit.

Ok. Last meal I'll ever eat at PF Changs. I ordered shrimp with lobster sauce and it was shrimp sans any kind of sauce. Dry as a bone. Tasteless as a boogie board. The service was good. The food sucked. Really dreadful. After being a loyal customer of PF Changs for many years and eating there from San Diego to... More

Worst of all PF Changs I have been to. Food is mediocre, management could care less. Last 2 visits for lunch the food was bad. After asking for the manager he grudgingly removed the cost. But, never apologized for the poor experience. Will not go back, even with the free appetizer coupons they gave us. Any body want free coupons ?

The food was terrible. The salad was soggy and tasted old. The salmon was dry and tasted like it was leftover and warmed up in the microwave. Nothing tasted fresh. The waiter was nice and tried hard but the food was bad.

Reno appears to have very little competition for good Chinese food. P.F. Chang's seems to be the best available. The food is decent to good. Service is very good as is the ambiance. A good place for family, friends or business.

We stop regularly at PF Changs whenever we find one on our travels. From New York to Las Vegas to California and now Reno and the great thing is you count on the same great food every time.
