My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at La Strada. We ordered Osso Buco and Fettuccini Alfredo. The Osso Buco was very good ($31), and well plated. The Fettuccini ($20) was served on a white plate, without any garnish to make it pop. It was very bland looking, but tasted good. We also ordered a bottle of Asti ($28) that... More

They serve some of the best Italian food we've ever eaten. Good staff, excellent food, convenient in downtown Eldorado hotel. We celebrated a birthday at La Strada and the staff was super accommodating.

Found this restaurant last year during Hot August Nights and were very happy with food and service. So happy, we went back this year. Despite being in a casino, the service pace was just right. Food was excellent and the maitre d checked on his customers to make sure everyone is happy. Plenty of delicious appetizers to choose from, good... More

We have lived in Reno for 12 years and had eaten in a number of the El Dorado's restaurants but never La Strada. We were very pleased with the menu and our service. My wife had the arugula salad and I the Caesar. Both were excellent. My wife had the spaghetti carbonara which she said was possibly the best she... More

We love to have dinner at La Strada whenever we are in Reno for the National Open Bowling Tournament. Everything we have had here is good and we highly recommend.

We had an early dinner prior to the show. They have an special early menu which includes soup or salad plus a choice of 4 entrees. We chose the steak. The service was excellent. The waiters were very friendly and efficient. The salad was very fresh and the steak was perfect. The wine list is comprehensive and some of the... More

We met with friends for our second visit to this restaurant. Parking was easy with a short walk across a covered bridge. The staff was very friendly and spent a lot of time with us. The food was very good and the wine was excellent.

Nice upscale restaurant at the Eldorado in Reno, Nevada. I had the Lentil Soup with sausage, followed by the Veal Ossobuco. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Very enjoyable dining experience.

Not expecting much at a hotel casino restaurant, we were overwhelmingly impressed. The appetizer portion of clams and mussels was huge and incredibly delicious which I devoured as my main dish. I also ordered a side of linguini with calabrese peppers, garlic, parsley and olive oil and it could have been a main dish. Cooked perfectly aldente with a nice... More
