I was given this recommendation by a co-worker. The place is located in a strip mall on the North Bound lane of South McCarran. Like the other reviews, I agree the décor is subtle and tries to evoke traditional Mexican ambience / fare. The impression I got was sort of between a taqueria versus more sit down restaurant. NO chips... More

I highly recommend you eat at Anna's!! Ok, some of the menu items are slightly pricy for the portion size, $4.99 for a taco, BUT don't let that stop you!!! The food is good and you will leave full and satisfied! The restaurant is very clean and you can tell they take pride in it. The food is authentic and... More

Not your typical Mexican restaurant. Very small, super friendly staff. Subtle decor. Our food was fresh & fast. Very light batter on the chili relleno. No chips unless you order them. Instead you get a chalupa spread with cojita cheese. After the meal you get a slice of tres leche cake instead of the usual cinnamon crisp. We were very... More

My husband and I came here for dinner after a long day at work since we drive by it all of the time. We were greeted warmly and seated promptly. I wanted flautas for dinner. They only came a la carte, two to an order. I asked if I could order them as a dinner. The waiter said no, only... More

The service was okay. It seemed like they were ready to close even though it was only 7o'clock. If you are from Texas this isn't the type of Mexican food you are use to.

After reading the preceeding reviews I had to try Anna's. You cannot see the restaurant from S. McCarran because it's in back of the building that faces the street. I was immediately welcomed by all the staff. No chips, but a 2 mini gorditas with a red (a little spicy) and green sauce (mild). It was a nice change from... More

Food and Service was amazing! Instead of starting you off with the normal chips/salsa. They give you a small appetizer to start with. Since there was only 2 of us eating. They gave us 2 mini gorditas. It was so good we ordered 2 more!! I didn't mind paying for it and it was only a dollar extra. I ordered... More

There isn't one thing I haven't tried on the menu. I can't help myself for coming back over, and over again. They greet you so enthusiastically, and really take care of you till the end. The milanesa is the best I've ever had. The breading Anna uses is amazing, and it just gets better from there.........

Anna's is a delightful experience. Both the service and quality of food was excellent. Ceviche is some of the most balanced I have tasted, and my husband was equally impressed with the carnitas. The guacamole was top notch- fresh and seasoned just right. We will return soon!

Margaritas on the rocks are wonderful. They start off by giving you free appetizer. Then to finish off your dinner they give the tres leches cake for dessert. Again no charge. The kitchen is open to the dining room and it's all family members cooking and serving. By the way their breakfast burritos are phenomenal.
