Dining with a difference, no big plates piled with food here, but well thought out little plates to share while you sip some Spanish wine and listen to Flamenco Guitar live music, on the Friday we went anyway....fun little place, family owned, give it a try. Right next to the Pioneer Center if you are going to catch a show.....

We get to Reno once a year to visit family..this was our third visit to Fuego. Food was great, staff was attentive and you can't top 50% off all bottles of wine on aWednesday night. We will be back before we leave the area.

It is a little different than the run of the mill restaurants in Reno and was a nice change from the seafood/steak houses. The extensive menu of "little bites" has a tasty choice of foods that should make every one happy. Just keep ordering until you are satisfied. The lobster puffs, aparagus straws and chorizo were particularly good. I thought... More

The tapas seemed average and the service wasn't too great. Lived in Spain for a while and just didn't seem to live up to the mark.

I love tapas and there are just not many options in Reno. The food is fantastic and the price is reasonable. Go with a small group so that you can try lots of things. It is a friendly Reno sort of place. Try the asparagus straws and lobster puffs.

Ladies night has 2 for one beverages. Nice wine list with reasonable prices. Also a very extensive list of appetizers. i was disappointed in the paella. It was covered in tomatoe sauce. Not like any I ever had in Spain. Also, waaayy to much garlic. It overpowered the taste of the seafood. Great server!

Excellent food, service, and ambiance. Owner couldn't have been nicer. Outdoor seating. Food was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Lots of vegetarian/vegan options, but they could add some veg/vegan tapas. Wine list a bit short. Right in downtown, outdoor seating next to parking lot, but didn't bother us much. You can't get bette than this in Reno.

Everything is executed nicely on the menu but not a lot of choices. No octopus, only 2 beef selections. Sangria was great had the white, started with olives, had there prawns which were great, beef kabobs which were super small for no real reason. Pork which was super heavy on the garlic but cooked nicely. Overall the meal was good... More

A great Spanish Tempranillo to go with your small plates, otherwise known by the Spanish name of Tapas. My favorite dish is asparagus straws. The skewers are tasty, both chicken and steak. The Spanish guitar music in the background transports you out of Reno and into Spain. The owner is ever present and the staff is friendly and professional

I was jazzed to try this Tapas restaurant in Reno as it has great reviews but what a disappointment it was! While the Gazpacho was admittedly very good and other tapas fairly tasty (Tortilla Espanola, Lobster puffs...), the Paella was absolutely awful. It consisted of steamed, white, Uncle Bens-type rice (as opposed to rounded grain, liquid-absorbing rice like Calasparra, Bomba... More
