I think the other reviewers here must have drank to much before they ate. Chips and salsa were given a small salad bowl size of chips and small bowl of salsa, extra chips @ $1 per bowl, I have never been served that small of a bowl or been charged for more at any mexican restaurant. My husband ordered fajitas... More

I stop in whenever I am in the area. i have have never had a bad meal here. My friends have ordered the fish tacos. I have had a variety of items all which were very satisfying. When you arrive salsa and tortilla chips are served, which I adore. And the service is always good.

I like the chili relleno with rice & beans. I may be a "stick in the mud" because I almost always order this combination ($6.95 + tax & tip). I like the chips (crunchy) & salsa (mild) that are served shortly after you sit down. The menu also has more expensive meals (around $9.95) if your appetite is larger than... More

We ordered the ribeye steak. What came out was not a ribeye, but (in my opinion) Walmart version of a flat iron or bottom sirloin. Connective tissue was prevalent, so be Warned. Service was great, but food far blow par. Rice was dried out and flavorless, veggies over cooked. We also ordered a chili Releno which was just right. Nicely... More

We are always searching for good Mexican food and this place fills the bill! We were over at the Jeep dealer, and noticed it just across the street. It also has a bar and gambling, but we ate in the restaurant and it had fast service and delicious food! Had fish tacos, and a pork green chili burrito--very good! Chips... More

We will not be going back to give this place another try. The selection of Mexican restaurants in Pahrump will prevent us from returning. Just not up to standards, do not try this establishhment.

My granddaughter and I had dinner Romero's the other night and it was really as usual. Never ending chips and salsa. I love their salsa, nice and spicy. We eat there a couple times a month. We have never had a bad meal. The service is always good. The fajitas were excellent. The abondigas soup is really tasty. Order the... More

Wasn't bad, but wasn't good either. Really dumbed down Mexican food for the lighter palate. My carnitas were very dry and had little flavor. My friends plate rated about the same. Only OK if you need a meal and your nearby, otherwise Id pass.
