We drove up to this beautiful location for a lunch at the Mt Charleston lodge. It wasn't busy and we were seated immediately at a table with a good view (there were five of us). First oddity: one member of the party ordered a martini on the rocks. It came up...we asked for it to be put on the rocks.... More

We are locals and we wanted to bring some family and friends over to the mountain and to the lodge for a nice lunch. We wanted a table outside but there were none available at the moment and we decided to eat inside instead. We were a party of 9 with a 1 year old baby. We had our drinks... More

The food is excellent, and the Creme Brulee is by far the best in Las Vegas. The service is top notch. Better service than in some of the priciest places on the strip. A must see! Worth the trip.

Spectacular views, lots of hummingbirds, excellent service and food even though they no longer serve Eggs Benedict.

So...the landscape is pretty to see and a decent activity if you want to get out of the city of Las Vegas for a few hours and don't want to see the Hoover Dam or Red Rock Canyon. The mixed cocktails are great! The holiday store closes at 3 pm in the summer so make sure you stop by there... More

We had : N.Y. Style Mozzarella Cheese pizza, Elk Burger (med.rare), Garden Salad, Two Eggs (breakfast), Mountain BLT, Chicken Fingers, Creme Brulee (desert). We shared most of it as they were abundant. Love them all. We do not thing you can go wrong with anything in the menu.

What a beautiful area and the summer temps are fantastic. Very dog friendly and we take our Great Dane every trip. Small menu but I really like the food. Try a bowl of mountain chili. This spot is a combined experience.

The patio seating was great. The views are amazing and they factor into pricing, as I'm sure the cost of shipping stuff up here does. One drawback was the service was really poor. Had to ask numerous times for water and drinks were forgotten.. and there were only two of us. Salad dressing was forgotten and items not taken off... More

My husband and I were married at Mt. Charleston Lodge, due to its homey feel and breathtaking views. We love it so much we go back for our anniversary every year. Food is almost always excellent, and staff is very friendly and helpful, and the general manager Thomas is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. For a remote... More
