Sierra's is a good basic buffet. I have gone for breakfast and brunch. Service is sometimes spotty, but the food is good. Great omlette station! Wish they had more vegetables on the hot bar at brunch, but the salad bar is nice. If you are really hungry, this wood be a good choice.

The buffet left much to be desired. Not enough choices. We went on steak night, I had a steak with some mushrooms, rice and a salad. When I go to a buffet I want to try a little of everything. I would have rather paid a little bit more for a nicer quality steak dinner.

Let's just say you get what you pay for. On 2 different night they had themed meals but maybe 1/3 of the food fit the theme. As far as I know liver and Pizza are not Mexican food. I coud cook better meals and I'm not that great of a cook.

Prime rib and Maine lobster sound good? The prime rib was tough and not seasoned and the Maine lobster was over cooked and rubbery. There was not a lot of great other choices. Fried chicken was ok but not for that price.

Prime Rib only medium, not medium rare or rare. Fried Fish and Chicken overcooked and hard as rocks not crispy. Good choice of salad bar and fresh fruit. Good attentive server. Won't be back

We stopped here for dinner on "Mexican night". There was a large variety of food, something for everyone and it was all tasty. We all left stuffed and satisfied. It can get busy, so I'd recommend eating on the early or late end.

Awesome breakfast buffet, you always get your fill of food here. The fruit station is my favorite, fresh juicy pineapple, strawberries, peaches...so good! The biscuits and gravy are always a favorite too. Budget friendly too!

We ate her twice on our trip this week. We enjoy breakfast the best because they always have great options. They have fresh made pancakes and omelets.

What else can I say for the price you pay the food and service is great. I eat here once or twice per month when I'm passing thru. There's a different theme every day and the beer is cheap

I really like the buffet at the Virgin River Casino. It is priced attractively and the made-to-order food area is fantastic. They have a good selection of desserts and generally the waitstaff are very attendant. Their breakfast buffet is a steal as well. We make it a point to stop in on our way to Las Vegas every time just... More
