I have stayed away from Edgewater for almost 15 years after trying to eat their horrible buffet. Couldnt even go into the casino it brought that bad of memories. I guess times have changed. Have eaten at the Hickory Pit several times and each time it is excellent. Take advantage of the early diner's specials with great entrees offered before 6 pm. Prices more than reasonable even during regular dinner hours and service and atmosphere comfortable and attentive most of the time. more
