Just returned from LV and had a family meal late Saturday night at Carmines situated within Ceasar's Palace forum. Food and atmosphere was great and Mike P's service was commendable. Loved the large portions made for sharing and appreciated being accommodated to sit and eat at such a late hour.

Instead I found it delicious. My husband son and grandson tasted it and agreed and I am the Nana who specializes in my salad with white... More

We have been to Carmines in Atlantic City, love it. This one was just OK, service was erratic, waitress seemed abrupt, example other tables had salad, entrees served-not us. not offered cracked pepper-other tables were. Need more training for servers, even had to ask for water refill.

Great ambiance and service. The food and presentation was excellent, the wine complimented the food and the espresso with Sambuco was the perfect ending. Will be trying the original Carmine's in NYC soon.

We ate at Carmine's in Vegas last nite it was wonderful! Our waiter was very good and knew his job. He was very helpful and recommended a wonderful chicken dish with angel hair pasta. We left there very satisfied and would go back.

The meal and the service was outstanding, If your hungry for Italian food this is the place to go. If you have the opportunity ask for Edward as your waiter, he was great. Very attentive and a worth of knowledge.
