Most of the food could be considered edible. Everything I tried was poor quality and much of it either prepared improperly or left to dry out and get cold. The most disappointing part may have been the carving station. The turkey was dry and stiff. I do not recommend eating here.

We went here both Saturday and Sunday for the Champagne Brunch, it was very good. Plus, if you have a AcePlay card you get a discount!

I was very happy with the diversity of the buffet and quality of food served.

The standard of food in this Buffet was at times restaurant qaulity. The carved meats were tasty and the chinese selection was small but great. There is a new manager in place and this seems to have improved things for the better and the 25% discount for players club members makes a great price and a good meal

We had 2 for one coupons from checking in so 2 of us ate for $15 which is hard to beat for an 'all you can eat' buffet. There was everything from sushi to taco's and even fried chicken so the variety was nice. The fruit wasn't as good as at Ihop but nice to have for desert. I'd avoid... More

Title says it all really. I am sure there are better buffets in Las Vegas but this was good quality and convienient(we stayed at Strat). We tried the all day buffet and got our moneys worth. All food was to a good standard and service was quick. Very enjoyable.

As with many buffets in Las Vegas, there are good average ones and there are bad average ones - the ones that are overpriced even with a comp. Surprisingly, since my last visit to Stratosphere, the quality of their buffet - now referred to as "Plate" - has shown vast improvement. The weekend brunch included crab legs and my favorite,... My husband and I were hotel guests and got 25% off with our Ace players card. We went to the Plate Buffet for brunch. Normally brunch is $14.99 and dinner is $19.99. They have a good selection of fruit: apple slices, cantaloupe, honeydew, grapefruit, and orange sections. There was no long line. We had a very good server who was... More

My husband and I ate here on a Sunday evening, the wait to get in wasn't too bad. The food was okay, nothing really stood out, except I thought the salad was good. Service for drink refills was a little slow, but I guess they had a lot of tables to attend to. That was no problem, it was busy... More
