First, this was NOT the one on Flamingo as there is a new one on Summerlin that Tripadvisor doesn't know about yet. So, moving on. I had the cincy chili skillet breakfast which is potatoes covered with cincy chili and onions and then topped with scrambled eggs. It was very good. However, all my other encounters with cincy chili have... More

Ate breakfast here on our last day in vegas. A little ways off the strip. Lots of parking and no lines when we went at about 9:30a on a Wednesday. The menu is huge. We weren't sure what to order. Our server dasha gave us some good suggestions. Some meals come with a banana muffin. It was very light, fluffy... More

We timed it well: none of the lines that are cautioned. Large servings of very well prepared food. Huge selections on the menu that provide something for everyone. It's a shame to go to a place that fixes such marvelous breakfasts and only order yogurt and fruit, but you can do that. There are several locations in town, so pick... More

We had an opportunity for a good decent breakfast on a working Friday morning, and we came across this breakfast joint by luck. If you take breakfast seriously, this place is for you. Think of any breakfast item, and they have it. They even have breakfast quiche, which I did not know existed. Ranchos Huevos are also tasty. Waffles are... More

I just don't get why this place is so popular. The food is not consistent... Sometimes it's too salty. Sometimes it's cold. Sometimes it's greasy. Sometimes it's fine. I'll take it over IHOP, but there are other breakfast places that are much better. Shuck's (across the street) is one of them, and for under $5, you can get a much... More

We went to Egg Works as a family breakfast. Each of our meals were good, but nothing to write home about. The service was very quick and they were really on top of it. I would go back and we go to Vegas quite a bit.

One of the best chain american breakfasts, faultless. Pancakes, hash browns, banana and nut muffins were great, the pancakes are so big two people can share one portion.
