Great value

We stopped in Hennessy's tavern by accident. Once in side we were looked after by a very attentive waitress, Michelle. Michelle kept our drinks flowing and we were continually asked if all was ok or if we needed anything. The food was very good, my wife felt it was the best steak she had all... read more

We were at the Fremont Experience and wanted to find a place to sit down and grab some quick food. We sat outside and selected salads and a grilled cheese breakfast sandwich. All were good but typical and nothing special.

Ordered the Guinness beer battered fish & chips, which sounded great since I'm at an Irish pub. When it arrived there were three small filets on top of "chips", which weren't chips but frozen French fries, they were not fresh, very stale. The only reason I gave them two stars was the beer good and cold.

I was feeling a little hungover from the night before...and we sat on the patio at Hennesseys Tavern for breakfast. The service, food and atmosphere were excellent and I definitely felt 100% better after such a positive experience.

We stopped here for lunch while spending the day in Freemont Street and the Irish theme was a bit cute & a nice change. The meals were very good but the staff were a bit slow/inattentive, but overall it was a nice, quiet, relaxing visit.

About the only top shelf place on Fremont Street. Very large beer selection, Great food, although you might want to consider and appetizer and an entrée. Portions are large .Hennessey's is a don't miss on Fremont Street if you like Irish fare,

We went there on a Sunday afternoon to have a quick lunch and a drink ! We saw on the other tables that the portions were very big so we decided , my wife and I , to share a tester plate of mini-hamburgers (4) and that proved to be , with the fries , quite enough for 2 and... More

This pub has a basic pub menu--nothing fancy or pretentious. The woman who waited on our table was great-pleasant, amusing, and attentive. The food was good but nothing exceptional. This is a place to go if you're on Fremont Street and want something quick but not fast food.

We accidently found this place when we were heading back from Fremont Street to catch the "Deuce" back to our hotel. We stopped in for lunch and tried the Shepherd's Pie, which was huge and really good. The waitress suggested we try the ice cream sundae they offer, which has vanilla ice cream, with hot chocolate fudge and strawberry sauces... More

We were at Freemont St for a show & decided to have dinner here on our recent visit. This was supposed to be an Irish Pub, but saw only 2 items on menu that seemed to fit, the Shepard's Pie & Fish & Chips. I had the pie, which was good, & my husand had the fish, whish he said... More
