The food variety of this buffet is great. The layout of the restaurant is terrible and very difficult to navigate around people coming into the restaurant. Did not want to wait in line for 15 minutes for the premium meats after paying $55 to enter the place. Ended up really liking the Pizza. Trying to get to the seafood line... More

The prix fixe lunch special for 29 with Ceasar salad and fries could have been the best on the planet. We will fly to find his restaurant again since its gone in Vegas.

you'll just have to see for yourself, another great chef in Vegas, where they have more 5 star restaurants than anywhere in the world.

Waited for the food for a very long time and when it came it was gotten all cold and tasted horrible. I got a new dish, but it was followed by a long list of bad excuses I could have been without. For this class of restaurant it is embarrassing to serve food that has been sitting around for a... More

We had to slow things down to eat our delicious dinner on July 6, 2012, or we probably would have been in the restaurant 30 minutes. We were one of 3 tables our server had at the time, and he just kept coming around asking if everything was alright. We each had the 3-course menu with wine pairings. He brought... More

The food was not up to the quality that should be expected for the very costly entrees. Our server had an attitude that became terrible when we made a minor complaint. Would not dine there again.

If you are busy running around at Caesar's, stop and do lunch...it can cost $ to $$...but service is friendly and sophisticated...foie gras (cold or served warm) and kumquats..try the dayboat scallops in spring onion soup...Lamb is also a treat...

Party of 4... 2 of us got the Scallops, and the other 2 got the Ribeye Steak. Started with the Market Salad, which was quite exceptional. I never would have thought a fresh greens salad would be the highlight of anything, but what they did with the breaded/fried egg was unbelievable. Scallops were great - they were combined with tofu... More

I truly hated my experience in the dining room last year and had no intention to revisit however I was told to try the burger so I tried the lounge. Ok service and the 20.00 burger was good. Not the best, as some rate but quite good and cooked as requested. Interesting drinks such as the muddled basil lemondrop martini... More

The Foie Gras was unreal, as were the scallops, and ice cream assortment was wonderful. The wine list was excellent, and fairly priced. Server was really nice and personable, and not pushy in any way.
