Worth the wait!

The wait was long but the food was delicious! We were a party of four, ordered the gumbo, New England clam chowder, Combo pan roast, and bouillabaisse. All came with rice and was way more than enough food! We shared it family style and had some left over to take with us. We also had a dozen oysters... read more

Why eat overpriced food at a bar that seats less than 20 guests, i came to Palace Station expecting to enjoy Happy Hour at the Oyster Bar and there was a long line thus a long wait. I checked 10 pm and there were a few people still waiting. There. are no tables in this popular bar. Jacks was empty... More

Locals know best and the line at the Oyster Bar inside the Palace Station is a testament to how good this place really is. Now open 24 hours, it is by rare chance that you won't wait at least an hour to dine at this 20 seat bar. Amazing to think that this little joint does over a million a... More

We were recommended to this great little find by our tour guide unfortunately the person we were told to see is no longer working there. There is a little bit of a wait but we took turns getting margaritas as we waited in line. The food is worth waiting for!!! Oysters, fresh! Clam chowder, Excellent! Pan Fried combo, YUMMY! Its... Located in the Palace Station casino. Would never expect a great meal. Been to Vegas for 30+ yrs. and never knew this place existed. We enjoyed the variety of fresh, shucked right in front of you, oysters. The other favorites include the cajun dishes w/rice. This is not a restaurant, per say, but a semi circle bar like set up.... This place is well worth the wait and travel. We travelled by cab from Bellagio hotel to this place for their pan fried combo, clam chowder, and oysters. It's the best we have ever had so far! Must try! Very limited seats around the bar so better to go in small group. Seafood are fresh and all food are freshly... More

Good food, yuk decor in a yuk resort. I like the etoufe shrimp and other seafood and rice dishes. I am not willing to wait if they are too busy.

You might wonder, why don't they expand the seating as there is always a long line. Last time there I waited about 45 minutes, all the time thinking, "why am I doing this." But then it's your turn, and the food really is delicious. I recommend it most highly, line and all - and I'm in the food business so... More

The seafood bisque is simply the one of the Best I have every tasted. Every trip to Vegas, I have to eat at the Oyster Bar; they are extremely generous w/ the crap and the oysters and the food is fresh and the sauce is perfect. The place is very popular so be prepared to wait.
