Vegas 40 Review Grotto Golden Nugget Hotel

After spending most of our day touring the Hoover Dam we arrived at the Grotto Las Vegas around 9:30 that evening. We were pleasantly greeted by a lovely waitress named Denis. Although the restaurant section of the restaurant was closing she insisted we be seated and she would make sure the kitchen... read more

My family and I visited Grotto mid afternoon. The service was slow and sub par. The food was decent but not worth the price in my opinion.

Worst restaurant from our complete week to Vegas, it was so disapointing. Service was rude (plates dropped on table, busbuy served the antipasto appetizer without a word, etc.). On the restaurant's main page it is indicated "fresh homemade pasta" so we tought it would be good. The pastas were not homemade (on the menu, only one pasta entree over 10... More

If you visit Freemont Street in Las Vegas ( and who does not ? ) go to the Golden Nugget and eat at Grotto. It is absolutely the best Italian food in Vegas ! Great atmosphere, family friendly pricing, large menu selection (and large portions) combined with great tasting dinners. Our family had lasagne, rigatonis & meatballs, alfredo pasta and... More

We have ordered pizza from here on a few occasions and have thought it was quite tasty. I LOVE their cannelloni which they now serve as an appetizer. I always have to order it once while we are in town staying at the Nugget. I would imagine anything on their menu is good, prices are reasonable for Las Vegas.

I had the roasted chicken pizza which was delicious. Their fresh made hot bread with flavored olive oil dip melts in your mouth. The service was splendid. They were busy but had plenty of staff. The offered some absolutely gorgeous desserts, full cake view not the slices view. You won't be disappointed!

Located inside Golden Nugget on Fremont Street. Best Italian food in Vegas by far. Suggest making a booking for larger parties as our wait time was 20mins which wasn't bad. Staff are friendly and food prompt. Not expensive either. Highly recommend

Had a nice, quiet dinner here. Service was good and the portions are large. There is good selection. Food was tasty.

The food was amazing. We had the spinach artichoke dip to start. Large pieces of spinach and delicious cheese! The pear and arugula pizza was so delicious!

We ate at this restaurant a number of times during our stay. Each visit I just had to have the stuffed mushrooms. They were delicious, filled with cheese and an undertone of Gorgonzola. The breads were exceptional! Pizza had a thin cracker like crust. The only real miss was the meatballs that were dry. It was nice to go in... More
