Gotta Eat On The Patio

After many hikes over the years with my son , we like to go here every once and a while and have a snack . You will really enjoy sitting out on the patio overlooking the canyon . We have had the Montecrisco sandwich , chicken fingers , and such and they are pretty good , but the view is... read more

Good food, good service. To sit outside means to sit with dogs. I think dog owners who read this should keep there dogs on the ground and not on their laps at the table. Dog bowls should be filled by the owner, not the waitress who is also handling food. I love pets but not at the table.

My wife and I tried the lodge on the suggestion of friends and I have to say that we were definitely pleased. While the menu options are limited, the food is quite good and is accompanied by a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains which just adds to the experience. Definitely a good escape from the city and the heat!

This is one of the best places to visit while in the Las Vegas area. There are a lot of camp grounds up there with full amenities. The Lodge is just the icing on the cake. Very romantic. Full round fire place. Great food, Friendly staff. And, great specialty drinks. Not as expensive as you may imagine.

Worth the drive. Eat on the deck. Dog friendly so beware if you are not a dog person. Service was excellent (Jesus was our server) and food was really good.

The lodge is located toward the top of Mt Charleston with an elevation around 8,000 feet above sea level. The temperature was a mild 75 degrees, 30 degrees cooler than the Strip! The Lodge Restraunt had a varied menu of sandwiches, including Elk and Bison burgers as well as BBQ items. We had the St. Louis style ribs which were... More

Get away from the heat and drive to Mt. Charleston. A ski resort in the middle of the desert. Spectacular views. Friendly staff. Try the Elk Burger!!

I love this place! They have great food, atmosphere, service, views, live music, and a Christmas shop all year long. Let me start with the view. You drive up into the Spring Mountains through some amazing canyons (maybe even see some local wildlife) to arrive at this quaint little place that sits about halfway up the side of the mountain.... The food was great! They attended to all your needs. Well-staffed and friendly. I loved the Navajo tables set up with items to buy. Restrooms and restaurant were clean.

The Mt Charleston Lodge is a frequent haunt for me and my friends and family, specially during the cold winter months. The views of the surrounding mountains and cabins are stunning, specially when blanketed by a layer of fresh powder! Nothing beats sitting around the roaring fireplace after a long day of frolicking in the snow, specially while sipping on... More
