Really good steaks and seafood but not everything on menu available

We went there for a business dinner. There were a couple of stripsteaks and we went to the one in MGM Grand. They have a good selection of drinks and steaks to choose from. The drink menu is on an ipad. However, when a couple of people on my table chose their drinks, the waiter came back and... read more

We made a reservation about 6 weeks in advance. They offered a dinner selection or their à la carte being it was a holiday. We decided to feast off various items and ordered a wonderful steak, scallops that were mediocre at best, awesomely cheesy potatoes, tasty broccolini and a maple custard for desert. The staff was kind but not as... More

Consistently great food in a noisy venue. The duck fat fries are hot and sinful, but when in Vegas baby, go for broke!

We made reservations here for 8:00 pm before the 9:30 MJ show thinking that it would be a good choice. We have eaten at Mina's restaurant in AZ and it was a great experience. It took 15 minutes to locate our waitress and explained our situation. Waitress preferred to wait on tables of 4+ instead of tables of 2. Did... More

Restaurant was recommended but was not the fabulous steakhouse we expected. Everything was fair to good but certainly not extraordinary. The duckfat fries served immediately were cold and an odd choice to start an elegant dinner. The NY strip was good, correctly cooked but no better than any good steakhouse. Skip the mushrooms. The mushrooms themselves were good but cooked... More

Stripsteak is trendy and over priced. The food was good, but not for what they charge. Food was average, steaks blah and presentation poor. Stay away from the Brussels sprouts! For my money would prefer Ruth Chris just down the strip.

The food was great and they had the prices to match. It's the first time I've ever had an $83 steak!

Had dinner here with clients during a conference at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Conference Center. We decided to give it a try after seeing that it was a Zagat Top 10 in Las Vegas. Boy am I glad we did. Everything was fantastic - the appetizers, the mains, and the service. I ordered the butter poached Waygu rib cap.... More

I'm a self-admitted Michael Mina fanboy and finally tried his high-end steakhouse in Las Vegas, STRIPSTEAK, located in Mandalay Bay. I went in with high expectations and this restaurant exceeded them. I love when servers exhibit true enthusiasm for their restaurant's food, and our waitress at STRIPSTEAK was excited to tell us about all the offerings, from ingredients to preparation.... More
