Definitely not your strip mall Chinese. This place has earned its Michelin star. We chose the chef tasting menu. Appetizer was pomelo and shrimp with hint of jalapeno and served in the pomelo rind with an orchid on the side. Next was a custard with Ostrega caviar and crab claw on top...very unusual and very delicious. Then a nicely done... More

Love love love the mu shoo pork, beef tenderloin, and of course the almond cookies... The service is impeccable and the miniature chair delivered to your feet to hold your purse is a darling touch!

The restaurant is very elegant and I really liked the atmosphere. The service was excellent. The food, however, was nothing special. My food was very salty and a bit of a disappointment. But I would still recommend this place if you want to have Chinese food in a nice restaurant with excellent service.

My fiancé thought being a Chinese Restaurant the clour scheme should have been red. I loved the gold, although rather ornate it was light and bright. You did not need to go searching for a torch to read the menu as we did on the subsequent night at the Top of the World Restaurant at the Stratosphere. Anyway that is... More

I had dinner here one night while in Las Vegas and the meal was divine. I created an impromptu tasting menu with some of the different dishes on the menu and the staff were happy to oblige and serve the dishes one at a time. Dish after dish were full of flavor and really hit the spot. I will not... More

Really?! This place wins awards? I was super disappointed with my meal. The only thing that was decent were our pork dumplings. Everything else was pretty bad. The pork belly app was bland. The soft shelled crab was served over a sauce that was inedible. And the duck breast was a good piece of meat with a heavy, gelatinous sauce.... More

We were in the mood for an Asian restaurant and did not want to leave the Encore/Wynn complex. We had been told that the decor had been redone in recent months and the restaurant was bright and fresh with a beautiful view of landscaped garden. I was completely intrigued by the little tiny chairs that they brought to put women's... More

You do not get an intimate feeling in Wing Lei. It is a grand space, large scale and elegantly decorated. Numerous servers provide excellent service. The menu is pretty traditional Americanized Chinese, but the dishes are very good. One of the best Hunan Chicken dishes we have ever tasted. A friend had recommended the special Duck tasting, but we thought... More
